My FiancĂ© went to pick up our dinner last night. One of the items that we ordered was the new chicken Big Mac. We were given a beef paty instead. My fiancĂ© called to let them know and see if we could get it replaced. When he told Christine what happened she said okay with attitude and then said nothing else. He said he was just wondering if anything could be done to which she said she would remake our meal the next day since they closed soon. She did NOT say she would only remake the Big Mac nor was the Big Mac a meal version. So after working today my fiancĂ© calls and lets them know what happened and they say as long as he has the proof of order on his phone then thatâs fine they will remake everything. He showed up and they said that was no longer okay and that they needed a paper receipt. Then Christine tried to backtrack and say that only the Big Mac was wrong and thatâs all she would replace and now he had to pay for the food since it was made. We would have no problem with only the Big Mac being remade of course because that is the only thing wrong but she made it seem like everything would be replaced and this was an unexpected cost to us. There needs to be much better communication with customers here as well as better customer service. I understand itâs frustrating to remake things or to have to take more time on something. However, when you make mistakes unfortunately thatâs what happens and there is no need to be rude to someone who is being kind and patient with you. There was never even so much as an apology the entire deal and we had to ask ourselves to even have anything done in the first place after the restaurant was notified. Definitely do not recommend this location as weâve had WAY better experiences with the other ones in town. Itâs definitely worth the drive to not deal with the poor service and...
Read moreI showed up here five minutes before the lobby was supposed to lock up. And their doors were locked. I was here to pick up a delivery order. However, thatâs not where the issue lies. I went to the drive-through because of this and was rudely informed that I needed to go through the lobby. I informed the lady that the lobby was locked, But the lady cut me off before I could finish my sentence and told me to pull around. So I pulled around tried the doors again they were still locked. And then she came out a minute later, and rudely told me that I was supposed to wait in line. I told her thatâs not what you said and I quoted back what she said. She told me no thatâs not what she said. I also informed her that I had been here prior to when their doors were even supposed to be locked. I was frustrated at that, but I wasnât going to raise an issue over it, until she decided to be as rude as she was. I get it, itâs close to closing time and you donât want to deal with new customers. But the whole ordeal couldâve been avoided, had they not been cutting corners, and doing closing procedures before closing time. Iâve worked in the food industry long enough to know the policies on shutting down equipment much less locking doors before...
Read moreI was going to be generous and give a three-star but after completing the transaction and finally receiving my cold food and melted McFlurry after 30 minutes, I decided this new store needs shut down. App says usually out in about 5 minutes, after 10 minutes they marked it as complete to keep their times down more fraud on their side! I finally received my order after about 30 minutes and calling and talking to the store twice. My fries were cold and soggy, my burgers tasted terrible, and I ended up with mcsoup instead of McFlurries because they were melted by the time they got to me. These are some of the reasons why I stopped going to McDonald's a long time ago but everything else closed early and it was the only thing open so I decided to give him a chance and they have failed and have lost my business. No I will not revise my review for McDonald's, the truth needs to be told that it is a terrible place that really needs to go away and quit expanding everywhere and then using the excuse that they can't get enough staff to be able to provide the service they want, which in simple business terms means you should not be expanding because you cannot support your...
