The WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had!!! Lady in second drive thru cut in front of me!! Then when i got to the window i wanted to speak to manager to explain that i didnt want our food mixed up because it had happened before...at the same time I was speaking the girl at the drive thru window she told me the lady that cut in front of me paid for my food, but i was upset at McDonalds as well & that for not having this kind of issue resolved so this never happens to another customer and the rude lady that cut me off...its a bigger issue than the customer and McDonalds think! It is dangerous when someone does that..if they know a customer is next and that customer tries to pull up but the other customer cuts u off there could be a collision...I was disgusted by the whole thing. The manager all he could think about was telling me that people pay all the time for customers they cut off...like "its ok they did that"??? What???!! Seriously, Now McDonald's condones bad driver behavior "if they pay"! Thats obnoxious to me! How arrogant to believe that. So the manager and "other" not only condone but me the person this was done to can just go jump in the lake..I felt humiliated that this is their thought process. 1 day something could happen God forbid but i was trying to let them know that it could be more severe...luckily the lady did not hit me but what if??! This is the only vehicle i have and dont want to get hit...other employees were wrong in this action as well..2 girls there tried to interact with me as i was speaking to the asst. manager, that was not the associates place if I was speaking to mgmt. Then the Manager came and reiterated that that happens all the time..then, another (male) employee came up had a bag in his hand, at that point i no longer wanted the food because they understood nothing, as i was talking with mgmt he shut the window on me!!! Totally UNCOOL AND TOTALLY RUDE!! WILL NEVER GO...
Read moreCustomer service was terrible! I ordered a happy meal, large fries and a sweet tea (no special requests). I went inside to order my food. The drive thru was backed up. I watched the drive thru empty out 4 times, and still no food for me. The young lady at the counter seemed completely lost. She was talking to a coworker (loud enough for patrons to hear) and telling her that she left her job at Panera to work there, but that she really regrets it because she hates it there. At this point, I still had no food. I walked up and asked how much longer and pointed out that I had been waiting almost 40 minutes (the only reason I waited is because my daughter was hungry and the only nuggets she likes are from McDonald's, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else). The young lady at the counter (the one complaining) just shrugged her shoulders. I said, "Ok, can you ASK someone?" She walks over, says something to one of the managers and turns around and says, "it's not ready yet." At this point I'm really frustrated. There is an assistant manager standing within earshot of me, so I know she heard what was going on (and by the way, other patrons are just as frustrated as me still waiting on their food). She avoids eye contact at all cost and just completely ignored the situation. The manager that was asked about my order avoids it too. After another 10 minutes, my food comes out. No drink, no sauce, no toy...just nuggets, fries and apples. WORST experience ever at McDonald's. I know...it's McDonald's, what do you expect, right? I'm not expecting spectacular service, but I'm not expecting this either. I would just like to get my food in a timely manner. Wouldn't recommend this location to my...
Read more4:00am. I'm exhausted, and need my coffee! Ordered a couple of egg McMuffins and a latte. I sat in this drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting... not only for my food... but my drinks. Yes....I understand it's in the wee hours of the morning.... hence why I really wanted a coffee!
I watch the lady take my drink to the window and set it down, and just let me stare at it for the next 10 minutes as she sits there doing nothing. Literally just stands right next to the window and ignores me. I would have really appreciated being able to least enjoy my hot coffee while I waited, instead of watching it cool down behind a window! When I was handed my food, and then finally my drink, I (nicely) said, "I should have gotten my drink a sooner.." and instead of an apology JACKIE totally acts like she didn't hear me and just shuts the window in my face! There was no cussing, yelling or disrespect on my end, whatsoever. If she had just nicely apologized, I would have happily drove off and forgotten about it. Instead, I sat there at the window and waved down another employee, (since Jackie walked off, continuing to ignore me) just to get Jackie's name, so I can call out her extremely poor attitude and customer service skills. When the manager asked her what happened, I heard her repeat what I said and was in absolute shock, that she did, in fact hear my complaint and shut a window in my face. If you work in customer service, learn to apologize for a long wait, listen to your customer, don't disrespect them, Jackie. It's call professionalism. If you can't handle that, go get a job where you don't directly interact...
