Nice staff. However, the service was less than prompt. I have visited this location twice, and both times service was less than acceptable. I sat AT the bar, but each time my beer was empty, I waited and waited and waited, but the bartenders were extremely slow to notice my need for a refill. The food takes way too long coming from the kitchen ( a side salad should never take 30 minutes!)...which the service window is only a small area, where all the waitstaff seem to congregate. Several times I was sitting with an empty glass, or wanting to order more food and the bartenders (3 of them) were too busy either texting on their phones, or busy with talking to the obnoxious customer a couple of stools over, or filling drink ticket orders for the dining room staff, but mostly just not paying attention to the customer staring at them waiting to make any eye contact! With all of this preoccupation, they didn't seem to be too worried about the dirty glasses and empty food containers on the bar. As a matter of fact, I had to ask one of them to clean the bar, so I could have a clean place to eat. She then left the wet bar towel sitting there. And she didn't bother to ask me what I wanted to drink ( I don't know, maybe she was just a "bar back" ???) I was sitting two stools over from the "well", and at one point I finally asked the same bartender (that seemed to only be focused on sporadically washing glasses) if she would do me a favor and get a bunch of dirty glasses off the bar that were piling up next to me...If I wasn't careful they were going to start piling up in my lap! She cleared most of them, but wasn't bothered by leaving several empty dirty beer glasses right in front of where I was sitting. But she sure didn't miss replying to that text! I'll admit I almost walked when I was 3/4 finished with my first beer and still had not received my side salad. But I calmed down when it finally came (without tomatoes??? Mostly lettuce??? For $5.50?!?!?! ...They did however bring me some tomatoes) I got my salad only after I eventually asked the bartender to check on my order! A simple salad shouldn't take that long! One bartender was nice allowing me to taste several wing sauces before making the rest of my order decision. Unfortunately, she wasn't much more attentive than the other two bartenders. I had to ask twice for a "to go" box. Then I sat there and waited and waited and waited for any of them to make eye contact with me again, so I could just close out my tab and go home. But once again, they were all too busy with closing duties to take care of paying customers. It took me two hours to finish 3 beers and my meal. I would have only had two beers, but it took too long to either get my food or get their attention to place an order. I give Wing Daddy's and overall C- for poor/slow/less than attentive service (the note I put on my charge receipt). I typically tip 20+% minimum for satisfactory service. This time I was more than generous to give them just a 10% tip...because at least they were pleasant. Not sure they will get another chance at my business. The service was slow, the bar was messy, and bartenders just weren't paying attention to the needs of the customers (except the loud mouthed jackass to my right, that was childishly throwing wadded up napkins at the bartenders). P.S. I ordered 3 tall domestic beers, a side salad, 10 "drum only" wings, and a side of french fries. The bill only came to $22 and change... thought about it later after getting home, and don't think they charged me enough. I AM the type person that would have pointed it out to them, if I had realized earlier. No sense in not paying my fair share! Just goes to show, not paying attention not only costs Wing Daddy's continued patronage, but it costs the staff tips & WD's money from paying customers too! PSS. Wing Daddy's should give complementary celery or carrots and dipping sauce (Ranch/Blue Cheese) with every wing order... not charge extra for something all other wing places provide free...

Let's start by my family has never had a good experience at any Wing Daddy's in SA and we can add NB to the list. We walked in there hoping this would turn everything around. WRONG!
We walked in and it was not very busy for a Saturday evening which is weird in a busier part of town. We waited for a larger table due to 5 adults and 1 child being a part of our party. IT TOOK ALMOST 20 MINUTES AND 3 WAIT STAFF TO CLEAN OUR TABLE. They could all be seen throughout the night just standing around the drink station gossiping and giving shoulder massages. We sat and ordered drinks due to waiting for one of our friends to arrive. That took an extra 30 minutes for all of us to even receive our drinks. We placed our order now that our friend had arrived. That took an act of congress to get out and they had forgot to place our friends order all together. When they finally brought that out 30 minutes later, they had the sauces wrong and finally the manager came over and got the correct order out in 10 minutes. My wings were horrible I ate 3 of the 10 and was not happy at all. I'm not one to complain so I said nothing until the waitress came and asked if I needed a to go box. I said no due to the sauce not being correct and they just tasted funny. She advised she would have them taken off even though we did not ask for that. Which she took it off of ours and placed it on our friends tab which we called the manager over to discuss. He was very nice and understanding and took it off. He also spoke with the whole table about the service and we were honest because that's what can make or break an establishment. He relayed the feedback which made a large group of the waitress gather and begin to stare and cover their mouths so we can't see what their saying. ARE WE IN HIGH SCHOOL??? I began to stare back and this was the last straw for me. Leading me to leave this review. The last thing for me to walk out before our friends and family was the fact the waitress tried to bring back $23 in change instead of $32. A simple mistake if it was very busy but after all the mistakes it seemed planned as If to keep a tip. We all left tips but what was deserved, which was little.
We should have trusted our gut and went to Wings N RIngs, which all of you should choose as well. This place is not worth the price, wait, or childish behavior. Maybe when it's not busy they should go over a better wait staff policy and procedures and train a little better at...
Read moreWalked into a hostess and female server leaning leaning on the host station. We were told it would be about 20 minutes for a table of 4 (myself, husband, 11yr old and 7 yr old). We say no problem and they turned around (almost bothered) and begin cleaning a dirty 6 top. A few minutes go by and we are seated and then greeted by a server and a server in training. She takes our drink and app order, I tell her I’d like to order a drink when she comes back. Our drinks are all brought separately and our app is brought out by a food runner. I see our server walking around the restaurant, hanging out at the micros station area, she spoke to the table immediately next to us (no food, 1 beer each) and never acknowledges us. Finally after finishing our app and all other drinks at the table she acknowledges us and asks if we’d like to order. I was very dissatisfied at this point already, feeling completely ignored and as though we weren’t a priority. I mentioned that we would like to order since we’ve already finished our app and drinks. She apologizes and also allowed us to sample a few wing flavors as this was our first visit. I also finally got my beverage after asking twice. We ordered a 50 pc bone in wing, a 5 piece strips, extra fries and a kids meal; then I inquire about how many sides of ranch are included bc we’ll likely order more. Call me cheap but I was floored when she gleefully tells me no ranch is included in anything and each one is .69.... A wing restaurant that includes NO ranch with ANY order.... so we wait... again our food is all brought out separately, my 7 yr olds meal was the very LAST item brought to the table. Anyone who knows anything about dining out with children it is always a priority to bring kids meals out first. This was the last straw until she brought the check. From a customer service standpoint, we ordered over $100 worth of food and beverage and I was legitimately charged for every single ranch (10) that was brought to our table after having repeated underwhelming experiences already. I was SO excited to finally try this place but we will without a doubt never go back.
