25 Burgers — Restaurant in New Brunswick

I’m vegetarian and for some weird reason on Uber eats there is no option to switch patties. I called the restaurant. I talked to the guy named Adarsh. He insured my order, doesn’t get any beef patties and on the special request hey switch the patty to beyond patty. I usually do this when I go to this restaurant in person and this is the only place where I eat burgers because they’re exceptionally good. Also, their aloo tiki burger is outstanding. Whoever owns this restaurant Please, please please never change the thing about this place. You got great customer service, awesome food, and very hard-working people. I always proudly tip every single time I go to this restaurant. Today the employee, name Adarsh made my day....

My first time getting burgers from this place, and definitely wont be back! When I arrive they looked at me like “what do I need or what am I doing there! I have to greet and tell them why I was there! ZERO customer interaction. The fries were soggy and cold, and the sauce that comes with the fries was the most disgusting one, full of oil, the smell of oil was so present that is unbelievable to describe. The restaurant needs cleanliness, the front door, the corners, windows, front counter, the employees need more enthusiasm or presence!

Hopefully is just a bad day but, I regret eating the burger, was definitely not a good...

Three separate times I had to stop eating and fish out something rubbery from my mouth, only to find it was bits of arteries in the ground beef. After the third time I went to inform the person at the counter but they basically just said nothing was wrong and to finish my Burger. I had lost my appetite due to the amount of chewy bits I was finding in each bite and left unsatisfied. Upon doing some research at home I found that beef that has that many bits of major artery left is extremely low quality meat. I would not eat there again even...
