I don't write reviews, but my worst McDonald's experience in 34 years needs to be heard...My pregnant wife and I ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries. I ate 2 French fries and she ate about 4, ONE bite, and both looked at each other in disbelief that both fries were less than 1/2 full. Only after saying excuse me and please, we asked for the situation to be corrected, noticing every other customer around us had over flowing fries. The cashier told us we must have eaten the fries because they were full when she gave them to us. We assured her we just had a bite each and just wanted what we paid for. She refused, while being extremely rude, so I asked for her manager. She told me to come behind the counter and get her myself. So I raised my voice asking louder so the "manager" could hear me. Soon after a girl laughing loudly came from a seat in the restaurant saying we must not have seen her there as nothing was done wrong. I replied saying we did see her, eating with other employees, and hoped she would back us up as paying customers. She instead insulted us while 3 other employees continued to insult us, calling us fry thieves, fat, and hippos. Cursing at us and yelling, they accused us of eating half the fries. Meanwhile I was standing at the counter the whole time. We eat McDonalds a handful of times a year, and are polite paying customers. It was obvious our skin color and nice clothes was the reason we were being treated so horribly. However, we come from the same hood, we just happened to be dressed up for court. We were basically bullied until we left the restaurant. I couldn't even eat my food. We just wanted a meal and have no reason to lie about fries. I threw my food away I was...
Read moreService could be much faster... Waited 10 minutes for two sandwiches. To over hear employees talking about the last managers relationship with staff and passing STDs really made me step back from wanting to frequent the location. Twice I had to complain about my sandwich being assembled on the bare counter one time just after he wiped it with a dirty rag and had to prove it by showing how it smelled like an old sponge... The same guy is assembling sandwiches.
The male bathroom does smell and look mostly clean but the fact the soap dispenser was completely full and non functional made me sick... I just ate, worse the sink only sometimes worked. At least teach employees how to clean the sensors. Around the sink was alot of standing water I'm sure from people cupping hands around the faucet to get it to function properly (my observation from testing).
Dining areas are clean as always, no USB outlets for use but plenty of regular outlets available so bring a charger.
The staff is very nice never had a bad situation or anything that wasn't resolved to make me feel better. but they clearly need new management...
Read moreBeing notoriously for lackluster customer service. My experience 5/22 was no different. The crew member was on his personal device be for I told him I was ready. I asked to have my order repeated(twice) & it still came out incorrect. I was double charged for an item that he didn’t mention while repeating my order. A manager was called to issue the refund with no apology for the confusion by either party. The initial crew members demeanor was still agitated. As I stoop back and waited for my food, he took another patrons order and flung his hands in the air from frustration. *working with the public is NOT A EASY JOB; however there needs to come a time where you need to step away for f you’re feeling overwhelmed. It’s ok to communicate to your manager that you’re not feeling well at said moment. I was a crew member at McDonald’s for 4.5 years and there are tough days. It’s truly about how you turn it around; it’s just food. Nonetheless the subpar customer service will continue but at least I got to share my experience. I think the owners name was Sal. (I will correct once I...
