Eric proceeds to lie saying he can't replace the food without bringing the burger back for him to see. Our discussion lasts almost 20 minutes when he keeps putting me on hold.i end up cooking. Read moreI'd like to give this store no stars. My husband ate from the franchise and within an hour statted to show signs of food poisoning. I call the store manager, Percy and explain the situation and that my husband felt that it was the french fries that tasted funny. I did not receive a sorry or any concern, but his response was french fries can not do that, and for me to call tomorrow to speak to Ed. This is unacceptable on so many levels.
