EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Mgr. Leah made my food Spitefully wrong on purpose cause I changed the order. SHE handed it to me. I asked her 3 times if it was right. She smiled her yes. Got home, no lettuce or tomato on $12.99 whopper. I called, she took the call then gave the phone to an ERIC which was a lie. Eric proceeds to lie saying he can't replace the food without bringing the burger back for him to see. Our discussion lasts almost 20 minutes when he keeps putting me on hold.i end up cooking. But I'm mad. Go back today there's no Eric there, then I'm told it's a Justin. I have the burger and receipt but decide I'm never eating there again, just refund me. Kid goes to the back says Mgr (she's busy] I said she who. Leah the Mgr.!! 5 minutes later ahe comes ot refusing to refund me. So I intend to post this EVERYWHERE!! AND INFORM THE HEALTH DEPT. The lady who manages the day shift has no respect for people above the Burger King corporation she believes that by belittling people in need she is proving a point about the sanctity of values. However it is hard for anybodyto see the value in her and the Burger King system solely above logic and for some strange reason their personal respect. I I am delivering for Uber and because it's supplements my panhandling she thought me a perfect target. I tried to pick up the order without a mask using the shield as protection the second time I checked on if the order was ready the first time in coming in the store I had a mask on I thought it would be a quick pick up and I could use the provided shield was that didn't bother me the lady was really nice but the managers response to me wearing no mask was unforgivable so I agree time and time and place the mask on she continued to try to belittle me and the scenario did not get any better by...

I'd like to give this store no stars. My husband ate from the franchise and within an hour statted to show signs of food poisoning. I call the store manager, Percy and explain the situation and that my husband felt that it was the french fries that tasted funny. I did not receive a sorry or any concern, but his response was french fries can not do that, and for me to call tomorrow to speak to Ed. This is unacceptable on so many levels. We will never return and hope others are cautious! He has put me on hold and put the phone down. I've been on hold for 21 min and counting. He has no intention of hearing my complaint.
