No stars should be an option as service was a 0 and I didn't even get to have the food. I had just got done shopping right next door and decided to get a quick bite. I pulled to the drive thru and 1 car was in front of me. After the car in front ordered, I proceeded. I placed my order and pulled forward. Thats when things went down hill. I sat... and sat.... and sat............. in the drive thru that I couldn't even leave the line in because they have barriers to prevent it. A car was behind me at this point so I couldn't even back out. 27 minutes I sat there and finally the car in front of me was given their bag of food and left. I proceeded forward, not happy but it is what it is. I had my card in hand ready to pay. I sat next to the window, with the woman at the register RIGHT NEXT TO ME for 7 minutes and she didn't even acknowledge I was there. At this point nearly 40 minutes after entering the drive thru, I was finished and just drove away without being acknowledged or paying.

I know the Long John Silvers brand is struggling. This particular restaurant further tarnishes the brand's name. At best the employees need retrained. At worst the cashier here needs to be fired immediately. This was the first time in my entire life I have never been acknowledged at the window after ordering, whenever I get there they are always eager to get the payment. If you visit this location you are rolling the dice.

Long John's has become a place to visit once a year maybe. Some years I don't even visit at all. Way over priced. The family value pack with all the fixings used to be $11. Now it's somewhere between $50 -$60. In a span of twenty years? So in another twenty years it's going to be $130 for the family value pack? No. They're just increasing price and keeping it that way because they want to. It could be better than this. The less expensive options are like snack portions for ten bucks. I'm not paying ten dollars for two fish fillets. I'll do two fillets for two dollars. At most two for three dollars. I'd be a frequent patron if things were reasonable. I look at the once great long John's that had a line up of cars on a daily basis. It's become what looks like an abandoned parking lot year after year. Things were done better back in the past. The food quality and portions. The price. The packaging. Revert back to former ways Long Johns. You had a great thing going. Hope you make it another seventy but I think you're shooting yourselves in the foot trying to price your food like a grand resort vacation restaurant. Farm raised fish and chicken needs to...

It cost alot to get my family an 8 piece meal I was shocked 33$ rounding up the change and the food was just okay the chicken was kind of rubbery tasting I will say my children loved the high puppies and fries but overall I just think it's way too expensive for a family to order a meal that's subpar in quality I wouldn't recommend I'm jot a huge fan of pizza but I would prefer it for price and taste because the economy is so high and it's a luxury to eat out so if we do take out it should be delicious we don't eat it all the time and I'm sorry but this meal was a waste of money I would rather have even spent more to give my family a better quality meal since like I explained eating out is a luxury for us as a family we can't afford it on a regular basis. Pass and eat somewhere else is my recommendation. I will say that the lady who took my order,payment, and gave us our food was very kind and helpful. I cant not mention good service when we have had some. It wasnt anytuing iver the top but she was kind and friendly and i appreciate that.
