I don't typically post negative reviews as I am in the medical field and have worked 30 years in customer service. I know how hectic times there can be errors so this review is not aimed at tne food or majority of the workers normally I love you guys there and typically you do a great job. But my last order with you guys has really turned me off to you guys right now. I ordered sandwhiches on the 26th of March for my family of 5. You guys charged the card after ordering on the app. I then got a text saying doordash would delivery in 35mins. I was looking forward to a great meal. Then i got another text from doordash saying there is an issue and they dont know whats going on. I got a call 10min later from your store saying you ran out of bread would i like the order canceled or would i want to wait at least 2 hours. Like most people would I asked can you cancel and refund the card as I can't wait my family needs to eat. The person stated yes i can cancel that now and refund the card. It is now April 7th 12-13 days after the charge. I called and left a voicemail for customer service i emailed in regards to the order twice and it says will respond within 24 to 48hrs. Still no response. Left a message for corporate and still no response. In the medical field i have to put through refunds and they go through 3-7 days always. Even if you didn't process it yet, you should have responded. I am waiting for the refund still and not 1 person has contacted in 13 days either phone or email. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous!. If I do not get the refund for the food you guys could not fulfill I will be contacting my lawyer as it is wrong to charge someone and not refund when you...

The guy that was doing my sandwiches was super super rude, and the very beginning he offered me something that I didn't understand and when I asked him once again he got an additud like if it bothered him that I asked him 2 times. Then when I started to tell him what I wanted on the sandwiches he was annoyed and wanted to rush me along. I asked him to let another associate, do my lunch. But he didn't want to. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and very dissatisfying. I'm never again ever going to come in to purchase one sandwich from this place. Read moreI usually love jersey mikes but I would not recommend going if you have an allergy and they are even a little busy… I just went to get lunch and they refused me service. I let them know when I order I have a severe dairy allergy and ask if they can clean the machine before making my sandwich. They use the same machine to cut all the meats and the cheese. This has not been an issue in the past but the female employee started to make my sandwich without cleaning it and when I asked again she refused to clean the machine. The male employee talked to her and stated to me after “she won’t clean it” so I had to leave without any food….
