Went here because our THANKSGIVING plans fell through and steak sounded really appetizing to both of us. We Started with the Oysters and Drinks. They were amazing so we figured we were of too a great start. However, the 2 Filet Mignon that we ordered were to be done medium. 1 was fine. The second was so rare that it was actually was NOT EVEN LUKE WARM but COLD in the middle. We politely sent it back after feeling terrible about having to do so for a bit of further cooking. The manager, Jamie, returned with our recooked steak and waited over us while we cut into it. With a slight attitude and in a very demeaning manner, she asked, "Is this we good enough for you?" And we replied yes. Not because it was good enough but because she was so rude it made us both uncomfortable and ready to exit the situation and avoid the anxiety. The followers photos are how rare it was EVEN AFTER THE RECOOK. To be totally honest. We are both fairly confident that steak would have possibly gotten her sick most certainly before she had it recooked and a strong possibility after the recook. The wait staff, I believe it was Mac was soooo extremely helpful, empathetic and nice that even if we ever revisited this place again it would literally be to visit her. For reference, we frequent the location in Metairie almost weekly. It's interesting to see the differences and service based of location even though they all try to hold the same standard

What an amazing lunch we just had. Stayed with both the fire roasted artichoke and deviled eggs. First the artichoke- it was simply put amazing!! You get three artichoke halves and a nice aioli to go with them. The smoke was accentuated by the sea salt. Second - the deviled eggs. They were overly stuffed and you get 6 in an order. They were very flavorful and I would get them again. Now onto my main course. Here I opted for the BBQ Shrimp appetizer. I had our server recommend extra toast points. It was an outstanding recommendation and I would fully support that. I used every one to soak up the sauce. My buddy got the salmon burger. He loved his meal too. Our server was excellent and she had the manager stop by too. I will definitely be back. Put this on your list of stops while in NOLA, it is right down the street from the WWII museum and the Higgins Hotel. Sorry the pics were taken after the fact but you can see the items.

Mmmm, Boulevard is Boulevard! I do know Boulevard is associated w| Houston’s which has gone downhill the past years. This newly opened location is advertised as if it is in the CBD; however, this is most certainly the Warehouse District— it is actually the old Auction House Market. Food is very basic. Last night I ordered the fried oysters which were good, probably the best thing I’ve ever gotten there. I wanted something super light instead of salad so I opted for their gumbo which is your typical restaurant gumbo— brown gravy type sauce, not roux. My drink + oysters were the best things. Service was really great!! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The bartender was super kind and made great drinks. Ambiance is nice. I sat at the bar which is basically in the middle of the restaurant, didn’t love that but nice, chill ambiance overall.

I was recently in town on a business trip and had the pleasure of being served twice by Lala at the Magazine St location. Our flight arrived a little late and the city was crazy during the Lundi Gras parade. Lala was very pleasant, accommodating, and made delicious recommendations. Her service was en pointe! Food came out quickly and was exceptional. Everything was so good that I didn’t feel the need to try another restaurant for lunch or dinner. I came back another evening and had dinner at the bar with the bartender, Nina. Nina was friendly, efficient, professional and makes a great dirty martini. The French dip sandwich was perfect. Another amazing meal! Shout out to the BOH for being on display while cranking out the fantastic dishes. Host & hostess were very helpful and seated me promptly. I also like the grab & go fridge for takeout. Great idea! I was surprised to hear that Magazine St was a new location. No new restaurant kinks to work out here! What a wonderful crew you have! I will be sure to...

Me and my family visited this location for our first time Friday night and as locals residing in the area we were extremely pleased with our experience / from the service to the food- our server Marcell went above and beyond to provide us with top tier service and went out his way to be extremely accommodating and attentive! He recommended the Artichokes and they were absolutely delightful. We shared the filet mignon and also tried the pumpkin spice crembule he recommended! We even went out our way to speak with the managers to express at how pleased we were with our server and the food. Overall 9.5/10 .. only because there's always room for improvement but this location is actually amazing and a very pleasant gem in the area! A must try! We enjoyed our interactions with the managers aswell! Everyone was extremely welcoming and when you eat out you want that feeling of being treated with the upmost hospitality whilst also being delivered premium...
