I started a tab and when I was ready to cash out the bartender did not give me an itemized receipt. When I requested an itimezed receipt I notice several purchase I did not make. I brought this to the attention of the "manager" his response was to dispute the charges with my credit card company!!!!! Poor customer service, never leave your tab open....unless of course you like being stolen from.
I contacted my card company ASAP. to my surprise, after I left the establishment I was charged two additional times!!!!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I have a feeling this isn't their first rodeo when it comes to stealing money from...
Read moreWORST table service ive EVER experienced. Waitress brought all mixers out with no bottle. After 20 minutes without our bottle, i went outside to locate the vip host who seated us. He found the waitress and brought her over, with the bottle. She dropped it off and left! She did not mix any drinks, in fact, i dint believe she mixed a single drink for us tye ENTIRE night. And I tipped $1 cash bc I’m in the service business and I know it’s better to tip in cash. Later on, I checked my account and noticed I was charge $3.60. Which meant the bartender must’ve hit 20% on my tab when I already tipped her $1 cash. I always write cash and total and keep the customer copy. It’s not a big deal for me bc it’s just .60 cents.
