My wife and I were visuting from out of state. This was one of the places that we had on our list to visit via the reviews. Had a hard time finding the place due to tree branches covering it from St Charles Ave. No worries. I love trees. Entered bar. Ordered a bud light due to only 3 beers on tap. Wife asked about cider options. Bar tender said they had 1. My wife asked if it was a more sweet or sour cider due to her never of hearing of the brand. Bartender said. I dont know. It is cider. After not feeling the vibe ( seemed like locals only) my wife stood ar the alniost vacant bar ( everyone was out front. Patio) for 5 minutes trying to get a to go cup for a bevarage. Bartender was talking to someone else. Never acknowledged her. I walked up. Grabbed a cup ..we left. Might br a cool place if they know you. But if ypu are from out of town. Read moreEverything is great here at this local neighborhood dive! To start with the drinks are always poured generously and made proper. Secondly on Friday and Sunday nights they have the best karaoke in town. Jonah is an amazing talent who is the best host for a karaoke dj in Nola!! On top of that Jonah is just one hell of a amazing person, with a lot of personality. Third but not final, it is a place where you can have a great time pool playing, while washing and drying your cloths at all hours of the day and night. Open 24 hours. Last but least the rest of the staff and the crowd make it a just one wonderful place to chose while you are uptown on St. Charles Ave. Also ladies and gentlemen make sure you take care of the best bartenders, and Jonah, the best karaoke dj in the city. By showing them some love with that tip money y'all. You will not be disappointed with this local establishment!...

The bartender’s dad prepared it and it was homemade hummus and homemade baba ganoush. I usually don’t even like baba gaboush but this was unbelievably good. The dad was so friendly and the price was extremely reasonable. I just wish I could get that food again! It was a great bar to stumble across and end up getting great beer and excellent food! Not to mention you can do your laundry...
