Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in New Orleans

I am leaving a review because I hope the man who was overseeing this Cane's on this particular day(not the manager) reads this review. I ordered 2 orders of the 3 finger combo and asked for extra crispy chicken, as I always do but sometimes even when I ask it is not always extra crispy. On this particular day it wasn't extra crispy and as soon as I touched the chicken the skin was coming off. I politely parked my car went inside and told one of the workers that my chicken unfortunately was not extra crispy. So the guy who was overseeing that day decided to come and tell me that my chicken was in facted extra crispy but told me I should maybe say extra, extra crispy the next time I order!😳 What kind of advice was that, when I ask for extra crispy that should be ENOUGH!!! It was almost like he was blaming me!!! THE CUSTOMER!!! All the other staff were nice and rushed to fix my order, which I truly appreciate. But, for the guy who came to me in that manner was unnecessary and rude. If the skin is falling off the chicken then it's not EXTRA CRISPY!!! We were put out of a street car due to a track malfunction and had to grab an Uber. I was extremely thirsty, so I walked up to the Raising Canes. Two employees happened for be standing right outside the door talking as one cleaned a doormat. I asked if I could come in or if they were closed. They said they were open for drive thru only. I asked if I could walk through the drive thru since I didn’t have a car and was waiting for an Uber. He asked me what I wanted, and I said I just wanted a coke. He went in and made a large coke for me. He didn’t want to take the money I offered him. The female employee that was standing there remarked that he was the kindest man and manager that she’d ever worked for and mentioned that they were hiring. I don’t live here, but if I did, I would go out of my way to patronize this location. Kindness always matters.
