Wendy's — Restaurant in New Orleans

This place is awful. They are never prepared for lunch crowd. The line may be ten people long and they only have one register open. The soda machines are the worst. Besides a funky smell, often only one will dispense ice and sometimes you have to go to other di as penser to get your drink. Oh the drinks are awful. The carbonation is too low for the past six months at least. I've told the manager and even told them in the online surveys and reauested they contact me, but they never call. They also like mopping during lunch or hosing the outside down so the floor is slippery and wet. There is always a wet floor sign by those soda machines next to the sticky puddle. I will now avoid this Wendys at all cost. Id rather go without lunch than eat here. The drinks are close to $2 and you cannot even drink it. I wasted my money on drinks here for too long. I will not return again until I hear from someone who tried it and tells me it is ok. The drive through is not much better. If they out of coke and diet coke at the same time shouldnt they let you know what they have available in their list of drinks rather than have you go through the list and tell you they out of it or just let you know what they out of when asking for your drink order. Simple things they could do to correct these things but they dont...

We ordered Baconator double combo, another small fry and frosty. There was one person inside ordering ahead of us. It took way too long for them to fill the order in front of us. They kept getting it wrong and forgot several items. They were so confused on what they had given the lady. Most of it they hadn't cooked or given to her. We watched the young lady filling the orders of fries. She didn't have a glove on her left hand. When she put the fries into the box some fell across her fingers. She said out loud "that's hot" as she shook her hand. Where are the gloves?!!! She had one on her right hand. Several employees were trying to figure out who's order was what. When our order was given to us after a long wait our food was cold. The bun on the Baconator was rock hard. They replaced it and the fries but that shouldn't have happened. Ordered from GrubHub I waited 2 hours it never arrived and GrubHub said my order was cancelled so I figured I'd just go get it myself I waited in the drive thru for about 45 minutes before I even got to place my order then waited another 15 minutes before I got my food when I got home 5 minutes later all the wrappers were soaked in grease all the sandwiches were hard as a rock almost as if they made a similar order a couple hours ago that nobody picked up then used those sandwiches to fullfil my order in fact I'm 100% positive they gave me the old food they made 3 hours prior they didn't give me a receipt and their phone number doesnt work so now I'm out $30 and have to throw away all this inedible food that I was really looking forward to.
