Original review: Current case on immigration pending, extremely perturbed about the poor communication. I definitely think they use the typical dilatory tactics to address their clients cases. I have voiced my concerns several times but nothing has changed. Will update as the case moves along but so far, I am not satisfied with how they are handling our case and the lack of communication and information.

update: 07-06-19, guess what, the case has not moved along at all with them. We actually had to contact an outside source to help us and get the case re-addressed, something this lawyer could not do for 4 years. All these people told us was that wait time of years was normal. Yet, speaking to other friends, lawyers, and govt officials, this was totally wrong. They charge higher fees than other lawyers but you end up doing a lot of the work. The below reviewer is correct, once they get your money, you're nothing to them. They do not care about your case, have no sympathy over how the experience affects your life emotionally and economically. Find a lawyer elsewhere, save time, money, and your sanity. Another update 2024: If you notice the good reviews recently, notice how many reviews they have written before. Since the terrible experiences in the past, they had hired someone named Stephanie to help w the negativity of this place. I would still be wary, always try to meet multiple lawyers, ask what are all the fees, if the application fees are included (they weren’t- they were additional -_-), ask about timing and what if timing was not...

Awful experience, wasted my my time and money since 2015. My case was handled from hand to hand, when I had my first court hearing I didn't even know my lawyer that was representing me (as it is not Friedman) & he didn't know much about my case. I only met with Friedman 2x from all those yrs being with him. Long story short I HAD to change my lawyer because of their awful and careless service and unfortunately I was told by my new lawyer that there were other options than the one Friedman STAFF put me through that could have gotten me earlier what I needed however the laws now has changed since 2015 so I'm unable to obtain a permanent residency. I'm a daca recipient who was trying to find alternative ways to receive my residency & unfortunately I was guided with the wrong people. I hope no one wastes as much money, time, and hope as my family and I did trusting...

I used to think he was a good attorney but I agree with the other reviews. His paralegals are the worst especially Reina, if you call and they never call you back. The office manager Stephanie is no help either when I asked to speak with Mr. Andrew she said he was busy and that she had reviewed my case. They stiffed me out of $2500 and then when I asked for my money back Stephanie said that the money I paid was for the work they did which was fill out a form because they did nothing else. When I informed her that it was insane to charge $2500 for a form she informed me that Mr. Andrew charges “$500” per hour and that’s where my money went... needless to say I will never be referring them to anyone ever again.
