Unacceptable quality of service. I ordered for 6pm because my oven currently isnt working. Food arrived an hour early because the restaurant hadnt bothered to read the order (at the top of the order was the CORRECT time of delivery). I called the restaurant and asked for a refund or fresh delivery rather than having to wait for my guest to be served cold food. The restaurant refused. They did not offer any compensation for a 100 dollar+ order. Unacceptable. When reviewing the order I also discover they under-delivered a spring roll while charging me for it. The soup container wasn't sealed and had leaked. No noodles with the soup. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! Sesame chicken lunch special for $7 (thanks to their $10 off on Grubhub) was exactly what you think a $7 sesame chicken lunch special would taste like. No frills here. How this place makes money for the rent is beyond me with the ingredients they use. I guess it’s quantity over quality 🤷🏻

The food is the most decent in the neighborhood. HOWEVER, the delivery guy is rude and disrespectful. He complained that his tip was too low for a $6 delivery. Through screaming and profanity, he told me not to order from there anymore! Other times, if I gave a $20 bill. He had no change. Then, he would say that he will bring the change back. He NEVER BRINGS IT back. Then when I go to the store directly, they still want to take the tip out of the change. ...
