Al Aqsa Kitchen (With Halal Chinese) — Restaurant in New York

Yester day 12/25/2023 finnaly i went this palce to try some new dish. i actually passing by this place to go Khalil Chainese more than year. as you can see below picture, the Lolypop is has blood on it, the Chili Chicken is watery, salty and Soy smell. Fried rice same smell but rice not looking fresh. Beef sizling is ok but meat is salty. all checken somehow is very test less. the Soup is ok. i ask waiter and he say the Chef is chinese. so this common happen that, name of chinese food will tast different when it is cook by Chinese people vs Indian, Bangladesi or Pakitani people cook. people some time forgot that you open a reasturant, you client is came here for food as they are hungry. and when they get bad food it just ruin their day, as it did destroy my Birthday. i request waiter to tell the chef to go different place to try same food as he cook than he will realize also i ask waiter to request the Owner the change the cheiken delivery. because after 15 years in US and Canada one thing i know that, Good food is like music you can taste, color...

I am incredibly disappointed and concerned about my recent experience with this restaurant. I ordered food for pick up through Uber Eats and unfortunately discovered cooked plastic parts and a piece of a metal scrubbing mesh (like what's used to clean cookware) in my meal. This is completely unacceptable and a serious health hazard. Finding foreign objects like this in food is not only disgusting but also dangerous. I'm glad I noticed it before ingesting any of it, but it's alarming that such items could make their way into a customer's dish. The rest of the food was inedible as I couldn't trust the safety or cleanliness of anything else in the order. This experience has completely put me off from ordering here again. I urge the management to take immediate and serious action to review their food preparation and safety protocols to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I ordered today mixed fried rice, hakka noodles and chicken sizzling. I am very much disappointed for the food. I had expected more better than that! Though the fried rice was little bit good. In in three item the pieces of chicken was so big that's why it was tasteless, flavourless. And they don't fry the chicken pieces for sizzling. It seems like boneless chicken curry. And the hakka noddles was like bangladeshi cocola noddles. I think a customer Don't need to go to any restaurant to try cocola noddles. We can make it in our home! And the quantity is not enough with that price. I had tried more Chinese in New York. This is my worst experience ever! I am a Chinese food lover that's why i am more unsatisfied for that.
