All Buru is a brilliant concept—sushi sold by the piece, so you can try multiple rolls without committing to just one. As a sushi roll lover, this is exactly what I’ve been craving.
The quality is top-notch: fresh ingredients, generous portions of fish, and beautifully crafted flavors. The Chirashi Don is a standout, and the All Buru Roll with sweet shrimp is a must. Don’t miss the Golden Hour Roll a creative, rice-less twist wrapped in rice paper.
Fresh, fun, and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be back—and hoping to see more All Buru locations pop...
