Angelica — Restaurant in New York

I oreder from this place all the time while on break and it’s usually the same delivery guy however today i ordered from here and was a new face I received my food with all the sauce from the pasta wasted all over my drink and inside the plastic bag i then called to make a complaint the manager was very nice and respectful he sent me another order in return he wanted the old order back which was reasonable at all the problem was he sent the same delivery guy that brought it the first time and this little man accused me of lying about how I received the order and and that i cant complain because i did not give a tip smh why would i check my order when i order all the time and everything is always okay he tried to start an altercation which is very unprofessional i will not be ordering from this...

I order 3 times from them and it was really disgusting 1st time I ordered it was Alfredo spaghetti that was too soggy, cold n it tested like they had setting there for along time... Then few days later I order a whole pie with ground beef and extra chesee after the 1st bute I threw the whole pie out.. Today I ordered a spaghetti with yellow chesee and ground beef... If I can give them a negative 10 outta 10 I would I don't think these people care about their business and just to assure you I'm not lieing i work a block a way from them at the smoke shop... I seriously recommend $1 pizza over their pizza any day people don't waist ur money there trust me their food is absolutely 100%...

Oh my goodness! Don't even get me started on how good this is! It's just so (positive grunts) next time you're in Brooklyn, you have to come straight here, no exceptions! I had the cheese pizza and wow I was blown away! The cheese is a perfect blend of mozzarella and a hint of delicious provealone, the crust was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of flavor. Don't pass...
