This is what happens when venture capitalists open a ghost kitchen, they did everything right except the food (marketing, graphic identity, web interface). I ordered multiple hand held foods - burgers, wraps, burritos - and they were all soggy and disgusting in texture, falls apart the minute you open it. The other orders were too salty to eat. Jose was incredibly friendly and attentive. He took the time to ensure that my order was correct and even made some great recommendations based on my preferences. His enthusiasm and knowledge about the menu made the ordering process enjoyable and effortless.
What impressed me even more was how Jose went above and beyond.
When my order was complete everything was perfectly packaged, and the quality was top-notch. It’s clear that the team at Wonder takes pride in their offerings, but it was Jose’s exceptional customer service that set this experience apart.
I highly recommend Wonder Brooklyn , not just for the delicious food but also for the fantastic customer service provided by team members like Jose and James . I’ll definitely be ordering again,
