second pic is the phenomenal set i got before, then came in weeks later new growth on nails showing at bit, old set still okay, i came for a overlay acrylic and NAIL tech unsure of name (was not the initial person who did my nails) she proceeds to place on the wrong color of acrylic and i didn’t realize until the second hand, i asked nicely hey will u putting color on this, mind you i came in at 1:30 this tech left me mid acrylic application (i get handling business sometimes needing to be in two places at once) but mid acrylic application left for 10+mins and did even realize she was applying the whole wrong color, again she stated she’ll placed a nail polish color. does not put on base coat on and then continues to the french tip portion as if the nude pink she painted down wasn’t a sheer coat that still showed the horrible inconsistency of the acrylic application and the two tones of them, i go and state hey can i get Elina who was the one who initially did my nails and convinced me to do the acrylic overlay, i explained my grievance and how i do not like my nails and how she clearly (the first nail tech) put down the wrong acrylic and it’s ruined my nails from that point now it’s 2:30pm as i’m finally by Elinia trying to get the mistakes remedy she displays an even worse french tip application and paints a darker nude and i told her straight exhausted with the inconsistency i do not them it’s horrible, just to please take it off and that i’ll just take the nude, she feigned confusion with attitude as if i was troublesome bc i didn’t like the service, i was left in the basement (pedicure area) all alone to soak off nails when i continuously asked to just take the white off, mind you for both nail techs after seeing the first finger done and displayed were asked to stop bc i hated it and how shitty it was but both continued on trying to do a shit rush ass job with my hand for the french tips. Elinia walked away choosing to business someone else and prior nail tech still try to fix her mistake dragging me to soak again i told them this is not what i wanted. Then goes to help another guest, this place does not care about service at all and a company that can’t take accountability isn’t a good place at all, i was just shun off and made to be difficult when the quality of service speaks volumes prior and that was all i was hoping for seeing that the nails are to be done for an event i have one day after this. I will never go back here again and just need to share my experience. btw the charge for the first ugly new inconsistent french mani was 69$ priced pointed like is this service and quality even giving that. over priced and suck horribly

Seriously my favorite nail place. I can always trust them to do my fancy nail art perfectly, all the staff is really sweet and know what they’re doing! I got this very intricate spring fruit set done and they did an AMAZING job on all the details.

I went back and forth about whether to post this review, which is why I waited a day before doing so. It's disappointing when you know what you want but don’t receive it. I’m a simple person when it comes to these things, but I know what I like. I live next door and often walk by this salon. After seeing some of their work and noticing their fair prices, I decided to give them a try. You truly get what you pay for. I usually go to Otium Nails. They’re expensive, but after trying other, cheaper salons, I’ve realized they’re worth every penny. At Emmy Nails, I got a pedicure, brow wax, and a full set of acrylics with gel for $125, which seemed like a great deal. The same services at Otium would have cost about $140 more. Unfortunately, Emmy Nails didn’t meet my expectations. My nails came out thick, bulky, and messy, not at all what I asked for. The service felt rushed and incomplete. Halfway through, I already knew I wouldn’t be happy with the outcome. I wasn’t having a great day to begin with and can’t always afford to pamper myself, so it was frustrating to waste $70 on nails I’m now taking off. The pedicure was also disappointing. The water was cold, my feet weren’t soaked properly, and the polish was messy. Pedicures are usually my favorite part, which is why I save them for last, but the freezing water and rushed service made me even more upset. I ended up redoing my pedicure at home, which means another $42 wasted. The only decent service was the brow wax. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. After spending $153(including tip) and feeling this unhappy, I’ll be looking for another salon where I can truly relax and enjoy the experience. Yesterday’s visit left me feeling disappointed and made my day even worse.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! I cannot begin to describe how much I love and adore my nails after my visit to Emmy’s Nail Salon.

First off, when I walked in I had no clue that they were almost closing but Emmy herself said that she would do my nails regardless of the time.I felt bad at first because i Was making her stay late I let her know I wanted a solid color set of stilettos with gel just so I don’t keep her too long. But the moment they handed me the variety of gel colors they had I could not resist! They had a HUGE selection of gel colors that literally filled baskets.

I choose my pick and then asked if I could do accessories then pulled out boxes of cute accessories! There was coquette accessories, y2k accessorizes, simple accessories. They had so many but when I looked at them I could tell they had everything that kept up with the trend.

Emmy got down to it and was so precise and detailed with every aspect of my nails and went over everything as many times as possible to get them perfect. She listened to my needs and answered my requests. She was super patient and super kind to me which I appreciate. I didmt expect to be welcomed as much as Emmy welcomed me and the final result was stunning. I mean just look at them!!! Plus I stayed in my budget which made my night even better.

20/10 rating and will definitely be...
