Found this place on a whim and so glad we did! CHEAP drinks considering where you are - a lot of places in Manhattan charge $20-25 a cocktail, here it was $13. The vibe was kind of speakeasy in the sense that it was dim, a little quiet and tucked away, and overall really great environment. Loved it and had a great time. The bartender was really kind and helpful in recommending drinks. We had Frozen Agave Paloma (pictured), Mule, Cocchi & Tonic, and Spritz. All great drinks and would recommend! Would love to come back next time I'm in the city.

Antler is a really cool dive bar between Chinatown and Bowery. It's a basement bar so you will find it down a flight of steps. Inside, it's very narrow but goes back quite a ways. It's got a few dozen tables plus some bar seating, as well as chairs and couches in the back room where they have an old arcade machine and a TV playing old movies. Drinks here are normal price but they have a few food options. The grilled cheese is oddly amazing, you wouldn't think it would be from a dive bar but it's delicious and a must try.

Had a great impromptu night here on our way to a gig at a Rockwood Music Hall in July while visiting NY from Australia. Treated by Matt the bar man like we were long lost friends and had great drinks at really reasonable prices too. So good we came back on our way home. Would recommend it to anyone visiting NYC.

It was my 2nd visit on 12/22, and I was pretty disappointed this time. On my first visit, I ordered the very first cocktail on the menu, which I particularly enjoyed it because the drink was sweet and had a great scent of cinnamon and cinnamon star as a deco on top. However, this time my friend and I could not taste anything about cinnamon and the cinnamon star was replaced by orange peels. We had to ask more for the cinnamon syrup but in my standard, that drink definitely did not taste like the one I had on my first visit. I am disappointed with the inconsistency and I wouldn't recommend this place to my...

This staff can’t get out of their own way. This place only serves beer and wine and related drinks but takes longer than any cocktail bar. The servers are nice but move at 60% speed of a normal person.

I can’t understand how it took 20 min to get a beer with no one else ordering drinks- including the bartender charging the wrong card (another one he just picked up off the bar) and then decided to figure out how to refund this random person for his mistake instead of closing me out after still waiting so long for no reason.

Your bartenders are...

My wife and I really loved this subterranean feeling craft beer bar. They have a great happy hour (beers for $5) and ton of unique and interesting brews. Their food is very casual, but definitely tasty when you need something to eat after so many beers.

They also have flights, which is an excellent way to try a whole bunch of beers. We ordered the 1/4 board flight and enjoyed most of the beers we tried.

We so many fussy beer bars this was a nice change in that it was so casual and inviting. Whenever I'm back in NYC this will definitely...
