I went Friday night. Ask the waitress if we can sit at the bar . Goes to the bar it’s a mess so me being nice I decided to clean it up put everything up front to help out since it was just one person working the bar . The bartender Jesse, not sure how to spell her name since she didn’t close us out but I’ll get to that part in a few . Well Jesse didn’t acknowledge us at all. I should’ve caught on when the other customers kept asking for the check. But we continue to wait , I got up and ask the waitress if we can just get a table because I think the bartender busy and doesn’t know we are sitting by the bar. The waitress went to Jesse and told her we are sitting here at the bar. We already knew what we wanted to drink and order our food. Gave it to her in one shot. We got our drinks and continued to wait . A another customer comes sit by us . He got his drink and order foods as well. Next thing the guy who sit next to us got his food before us and other people too. So we asked the other bartender Jordan did she put in our order after being there for an hour. Just waiting , Jesse never put in our order and when Jordan asked her all she did was say oops I’ll put it in now . After that we stop Jordan asked for our check. That apple bees is not it, Jordan was better off taking over and he said he just started a week ago . He was more attentive to the customers . And most of the time looking for Jesse she was everywhere else but the bar . Horrible experience. I honestly don’t even know why I paid for my drinks in the first place since we were ignored the whole time. I guess I rubbed her the wrong way when asking the waitress who walked us over to the bar if we are going to attended to. If it wasn’t for Jordan I think my rating would’ve been better. But...
Read moreI don't usually post reviews so please understand that I was very hurt from my experience tonight at this location with my 15 year old autistic son. While we were there, my son had to use the restroom. He 15, 6ft 3 in and high functioning autistic. I asked for code to men room and told my son don't touch anything and I was at the door listening for him and instructing. A very nice tall patron was coming out that heard and then saw me and said he's fine. Very nice. At this point my son was drying his hands along with another gentlemen. Shorter and then the looks started. Negative. Took notice and continue our evening. Now before we were leaving, he and I went to use the bathroom. I asked for the female bathroom code and this time I took my son in with me. I don't want no problems. So I thought. One female told me I'm a great mom. She could see and sense my son is autistic. Another came in and went back out seeing him. A man outside the bathroom saw and perceived the negative. Then a manager came. Seeing him and said this is the women bathroom. Common sense is not common. Like I didn't know that I was in the female bathroom with my son. In my mind and from previous experience, my actions is for his safety. I politely said he's autistic and he's with me. All of a sudden I'm hearing God bless you. I'm a great mom. Please understand we were having dinner in a place that serves alcohol. Although I don't drink and he's 15, we wanted to experience the all you eat that was being advertised on TV. The food was great and waiter was great however not having the knowledgeable staff on autism and their caretakers is very stressful on...
Read moreI am here right now
I came in at 10.
It is now 10:54.
I am still waiting for a drink.
A hostess told me I could sit at the bar. The bartender named Christine with brunette hair was the least attentive and handed me a menu like I was a piece of trash off the street.
I deal w bad attitudes all day and she takes the cake.
It got so bad that I moved myself with help from the hostess.
She put me in another servers section.
That server raised a finger, as if to say, wait, when I told another server I had yet to be served, and the server was trying to get her attention.
Finally, that server Onika offered to put me in her section.
I waited forever to get a Pepsi.
Onika is not a bad server, but it is obvious that this establishment is not concerned about its customers. She was trained by her superiors and her supervisors and the management is terrible.
Malerie, the manager, came over and asked if everything was alright and she even asked if I wanted a refill.
I did not bother complaining because I wanted to enjoy my meal, which finally arrived, AND IT IS NOT LIKE SPEAKING UP WILL CHANGE A THING.
I used to eat here all the time.
I used to watch UFC and boxing events and even ate lunch here when I worked in the area. Back then it was great.
If the day time management is anything like the SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 8 2018 service, avoid this place like the plague.
AND THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT EVEN THAT BUSY.
I am such an open minded person and I will give the benefit of the doubt to people but I am not able to make a good experience out of my dinner here.
I am...
