Asia Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I love this place!!! I don’t know why I saw so many bad reviews. I live closer from the restaurant and they deliver my food so fast! I always placed an order and they get here in less than 10 minutes 🤣 The food is good nothing to said about it. I been ordering for this place for 8 years. About the customer service be kind, I know we are in AMERICA and they have to learn ENGLISH but don’t be so rude, everybody is working to survive. Most of them only know the basic menu, how to say the addresses, explain what’s coming with the orders and they doing their best! Be grateful for know ENGLISH, for be able to speak and hear perfectly, for have better opportunities than others! Remember their cooking your food cause your lazy to make or you can’t cook at home!!! Customer Service is the key to the success of any Business and you failed on that. The lady in the cashier ( with short hair) doesn't know how to greet customers and speaks rudely. I just discovered this store and decided to eat here often but after my encounter with that lady, I will not eat here anymore. If i can give negative stars i'll give it to that lady.
