Bambino's Best Pizza — Restaurant in New York

When we got a new menu for Bambino's Best Pizza, we decided to give them a try and called them to place our order. Dealing with a variety of different cultures in the Bronx makes it an exciting place to live however, if you're running a business, you should have someone that deals with the public, either answering the phone or in person; to understand and speak fluent English. After being direct ourselves, we told him our address and order, he repeated the address back and told us our total was $33.35. An hour and fifteen minutes passed by, no delivery. When I called the restaurant back, the person informed me that he made a mistake with the address and asked me three times for the correct address. This obviously is a failure to communicate, food was late, wrong address, no tip. After I received my food the restaurant called back twice to inform me the total was 36.31, which in turn I told them that was the total they gave me when I ordered the food $33.35. In closing the food was good but, I couldn't order from them again because they definitely frustrated me with their...

Would give this place zero stars if possible. The attitudes of these workers are atrocious. While placing an order over the phone for delivery the employee became very short with me because it was noisy on his end making it hard for him to hear. I had to repeat my order 5 times because he couldn’t multitask. Then while trying to take my card info he asks me to repeat the first numbers over and over and then hangs up on me. When I call back to see whether or not he hung up or the call dropped he says “we’re closed for the night, no more deliveries” (and this was no where near closing time). What really made me share this review Is the fact I was calm and understanding the entire time, just for them to abruptly hang up due to there own frustrations. I don’t know how they’re even still in business...

This place is extremely unprofessional… I ordered from here through uber eats and was notified that they use their own delivery drivers which is totally fine… I waited an hour for my food which never came…I called the location and the individual that answered stated that the delivery guy had left a while ago with my order and he guaranteed that my food should arrive shorty…20 minutes later I call back and they state that they have no idea where the driver went and they cant give me any details on my delivery… what kind of business are you guys running where you take peoples money and cant even be bothered to deliver was was ordered… have some professional courtesy at the...
