THIS PLACE NEEDS CORPORATE, HIPAA, STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENTs ATTENTION ASAP !!! This Dunkin’ Donuts / baskin ribbons is SO disgusting inside and out. The windows are foggy with some sort of brown residue (I’m guessing that’s from the food prep & not cleaning FOR YEARS) the floors smell like throw up inside. There’s a chubby older Indian lady that works the special needs male employer to literal DEATH. I stood on line and watched for about 15 minutes as she DEMANDED and pointed at him to do 10 different things in the matter of seconds. She had the poor guy preparing food and coffee then she sent him to empty the over flowing garbage, then she demanded that he service us (as she twisted and turned doing NOTHING). She did EVERYTHING in her power to not service the African American patrons. When she realized that the special needs employee was unable to do all the above and service us, she came over without gloves took our order and everyone else’s then proceeded to serve ice cream and donuts without gloves on ( after feeling on money for ridges and counting change to give back patrons) in such a time (COVID-19) , I then watched her attempt to scoop our ice cream with NO GLOVES AND MASK HANGING JUST BELOW HER NOSE AREA. Read moreCame here on Thursday night at around 11:20 with my 2 sons. Walked in and noticed there was 1 employee helping a customer. For convenience we placed our order on their kiosk. My younger son had vanilla ice cream on a waffle cone, my older son ordered a Dunkin refresher mango pineapple flavor with lemonade, and I ordered an ice cream cone with the flavor chocolate peanut butter flavor. We paid and waited about 20 minutes for our order. They gave my son his ice cream but tells my son they don’t have the flavor he ordered but offered an alternate flavor for his refresher but never made it. Also the guy in the picture tells me they don’t have chocolate peanut butter flavor ice cream so I told him I don’t want it and to cancel it but he saids we can not cancel and that I have to take another flavor. I told him I do not want another flavor and he rudely tells me he is not giving me my money. So in other words he is allowed to take my money, and not deliver the goods that I ordered? After waiting for quite a while, we asked if anyone there could help us. They all pretended to do something, after long wait again, one angry guy came and very angrily asked what we wanted, we ordered a cone with a scoop of ice cream. When he handed that cone, the ice cream fell of the cone on the ground. The guy immediately said this is double charge and that it wasn't his fault. I think the good owner would have covered the cost of the ice cream as it has never happened to us before, ice cream prepared properly and served properly should not right away fall off the cone!
