I ordered a large (18inch) "Special" online for $25. Picked it up, got home and to my surprise it was plain. I called, inquiring why i got a plain pizza instead of a "Special". They explained to me a "special" was a plain pizza?!??? This is despite the fact, that online, there is a different listing for plain regular pizza at $25. I have the online receipt to show i ordered the "Special" as well. I've never heard of other "Special" pizzas at other places being plain. If what they claim is true (Special = Plain), they should really fix the online ordering platform to explain that. Also, i picked up my pizza at most 5 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. The pizza was not as hot as you would expect it, especially with it sitting ON TOP of the oven. I have a feeling it was pre-made for the orders they might get on a football sunday afternoon.

Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life! I can say with confidence it’s the best pizza in New York! And this is coming from someone who doesn’t even like pizza. They’ve perfected everything from the sauce, which is savory and sweet and tastes home-cooked, to the the thin delicious crispy crust that tastes so addicting. Tastes like actual quality and fresh ingredients! Almost gatekeeped this spot and kept it all for myself but they deserve every penny it’s that good. We couldn’t even get a good pic before we inhaled it!

I wish I could say good things about this place bad sadly I cannot. The sauce was not great , the bottom of the pizza smelled like grease, the “buffalo” wings were plain wings not even a sauce was packed. We did get the blue cheese though. Pizza looked as if it was assembled without care one side hand no crust the other side had too much crust. Not worth the price in my opinion. The 2 liter soda that’s included is actually 1.5 liters. Very disappointed.

I just came from this pizza place again and I brought with me a menu from about 3 months ago with a coupon for a slice of pizza for $1. The coupon has no expiration date on it. I asked the owner, whom I know for years, if I could use the coupon for a $1 slice. He said no it expired. I said it does not have an expiration date on it but he still said no. He said that if you bought a meal that was on the sheet, you could then get a slice for $1. It did not say that on the sheet either. I mean really, he would have lost $1.75 from me because a slice costs $2.75. Then when I ordered from the counter, the kid started to take the sheet I brought with me. I said, no, that is mine but he took it anyways. You can tell a miser business that wants every penny. They did not want me to keep the sheet since it had lower prices. The whole experience leaves a rotten taste in your mouth.

Well, there is a new pizza business that just opened up on my block about 3 days ago. Time to try them out.

Then on December 7 2014…I just ordered a spaghetti and meatball lunch with extra sauce. The guy on the phone asked if I wanted the dinner and I said no, the lunch. It was 1:45PM Sunday afternoon. He gave a price and when the order arrived, the amount charged on my credit card was $10.95. A flyer was left at my door that morning that said Lunch Special $6.95 plus tax. Spaghetti and meatball was one of the choices.I told the delivery guy and he said I should call and complain. I called in front of him and the same guy that took my order was on the phone with me. I told him about the flyer and he said the flyer does not start for 3 more weeks. I told hime there is no date on the flyer in my hand. I also told him that 2X before, I went there in person around 11 AM when they open and ordered from the owner the same meal and was charged $7.57. The guy on the phone said you only get 1 meatball at that price and in my order were 2 meatballs. I told him that the other 2X in person, when I ordered, I got 2 meatballs and the extra sauce. He then said he would give me a $3 credit. I told him that is what you are saying but when I order next time, what is my proof of the $3 credit. He said he would send the delivery guy back with the $3.The delivery guy was still with me so I put him on the phone and he told the delivery guy to give me $3. The delivery guy was about to hand me the $3 and I told him to keep $2 because that is what I was going to tip him. When I looked at the order a little later, it said spaghetti and meatballs on the paper but it did not say extra sauce. Also, it was a little light on the spaghetti.I got some more when I went in person the 2 other times. Also, a bad practice they have is they write your whole credit card number on the paper along with the security number that is on the back of the credit card. He asked for that to when I ordered. He wanted to charge $10,95 for the lunch but the lunch price is $9.20 plus tax which comes to $10.02 so he tried to charge $10.95 and rip me off that way to. DO NOT order on the phone for delivery and only go there in person. The owner is nice but this other guy is a rip off. Make sure you look at the menu BEFORE you order in person so you see the price. Use your smartphone to figure out the tax so you know the CORRECT price BEFORE you pay. Just be careful and watch your back. The food is good but do not order delivery...

Been a loyal customer here for over 9 years. At 7:54 PM we placed an order for a chicken roll, hero, and garlic knots. I was told it would be 45 minutes and I asked for the total in advance. After more than an hour had passed, I called again and was told the driver already left and should be there "any second". Over another 20 minutes and the delivery finally showed up. I had the money ready. The delivery person did not tell me the total or hand me the receipt but he took the money. I got upstairs and found there were no garlic knots. I called was told they didn't have any garlic knots and that I wasn't charged. I said I never received a receipt so I had no way to check, but I still paid for it after waiting 90 minutes for it. She then told me that I had that wrong and their deliveries do not take 90 minutes. I checked the time, 9:24, that's 90 minutes exactly. I can't believe I was told I didn't actually wait the time I waited. Horrible service and horrible resolution. I'll be sticking...
