7-Eleven — Local services in New York

This afternoon I stopped by this 711 on Horace Harding as I often do to purchase snacks, before going to work. I made my way over to the Seltzer water station, picked up a cup and proceeded to dispense my beverage when the fluid immediately splashed back all over my face and clothing. Needless to say, I was startled when a male 711 employee who had been standing to the side of the station ran over to me and very loudly said to me "What are you doing can't you see I'm cleaning" to which I replied "No, I didn't know you were cleaning, I don't see any signs posted. He then gets louder with me and said "I saw you walk around me, I know you saw me!" I replied that he can not tell me what I saw or didn't see, and If he saw me pick up a cup and attempt to dispense a beverage then he should have stopped me since he knew that the machine was not working because he was the one who disabled it. He then produced an attachment that should have been attached to the machine and yells "See this is missing". I replied, "I'm the customer, I do not work here, how am I supposed to know that the machine is inoperable?" I asked to speak to a manager, and he yelled "There is no manager, just leave!" I replied that "I haven't done anything wrong; I will return tonight to speak with a manager because you need to learn better customer service skills". I have been coming here for all of these years and don't need this aggravation.!" To which he replied, "I don't care go complain!" I am disgusted with the way I was treated. I was embarrassed, humiliated the way this young man spoke to me. Other customers stopped and observed the interaction. I am a woman, and I left there feeling...

Rough area. i was park3d right in front of the store when a car pulled in next to me and they got out and started fighting with eachother. They literally seemed like they wanted to kill eachother.

in the process they caused probably over $1000 damage to me car. the police came but in that area, amd mayne NY in general, they don't seem to care. They broke up the fight and i think even bought one of them some food and send them home, without even bothering to get id.

I said, what about the property damage to my car,? they said call your insurance company, otherwise too bad.

i will not be going back to this...

In this 7-11 on a disregard for individual getting government assistance, as I try to pay with the money my program had sent me. Keep in mind all of it was just food. As I’m in school and while I do homework I get hungry. Both cashiers hender me from paying for my food. As what is this of promoting, is difficult enough just doing assignments after assignments and now not even a snack at 711 seems of no gain in my favor. Hey I’m thankful to still have my money and can spend it in other company’s that their staff isn’t so deceiving or so hands on. -33.xx on a Transaction...
