Tacos Gloria — Restaurant in New York

I use to love this place until now! I had purchased food during the afternoon. I took 2 tamales to work and in one of them I found a bug. I took pictures. I called the place and had asked to speak to the manager. I was transferred to the LITTLE young girl who helps out in the front thinking she was the "manager". I spoke to her in Spanish and then I was transferred to someone else. I asked who I was speaking to and why I kept on being transferred. When I finally was able to speak to an ADULT, I told her what had happened she replied by saying "y que quiere que haga/ what do you want me to do" with an attitude.
