Bing Ling Tea — Restaurant in New York

This place is so unprofessional. I went here with a filled out stamp card prepared to buy a free drink because it says on the stamp cards buy 10 drinks get one free and they refused to give it to me for free because of the ice and tapioca. They said it was a topping and the drink I got doesn’t come with “those toppings” and when I kept saying ice and tapioca isn’t a topping they insisted it is and wanted to charge me a dollar for the toppings. And the cashier said we’ve been open for 2 years, I don’t know who’s been serving you but clearly not us because this is the way it’s always been. She was still being persistent and wanted me to pay the single dollar, when the stamp card clearly says 10 drinks buy one free and that should cover the whole drink and since when is ice and tapioca a topping. and I’ve never gotten and drink other then the creme brûlée. And even if it is a topping why is it going to be a dollar. This place changes their regulations...

I just came here tonight and got a taro with boba and what I got was absolutely disgusting. Literally a chunk of some paste with milk. I couldnt even sip anything with my straw, not even joking. Im not confrontational and I noticed it after I left the store. I will never ever come back here. I literally strained and washed the boba when I got home and blended the milk mixture to remake the drink. The girl working didn’t use a blender, she shook my drink as if it were a cocktail in a shaker and poured a giant blob of I don’t even know what in a cup and served me it. This is my go to bubble tea place since it's close by me. They have interesting flavors such as Rose Lychee, Matcha Fresh Milk Tea and other flavors. They use fresh ingredients and you can really taste the difference. This is a newer bubble tea spot which has been getting some buzz. I would definitely recommend if you love bubble tea.
