10/25/16 i went there earlt in the morning to order a salad. Ill begin with how i was attended. I stood at the salad bar for a good 3 minutes waiting for the man behind the counter to help me place an order. It seemed like he intentionally did not want to look .y way so i proceeded to say excuse roughly 3 times. I asked him to place an order and he pointed to the register, not saying a word to me. To begin, i understand its early but that seemed rude. Then i went to the register and placed my order. My order was a romaine lettuce salad with cucumbers walnuts and 2 boiled eggs. I received it and when i began eating it i noticed a few brown pieces of lettuce. Not a big deal in my opinion... But the. I noticed the entire bowl of lettuce was brown around the edges and there was only 1 boiled egg and the cucumbers felt like they had been left refrigerated for more than a few days. I couldnt finish eating it at that point and went to the cashier to let her know that the lettuce was bad. It was early, so i tried being nice and letting her know off the bat that i didnt expect a refund, i wanted to let her know for the next customer that her lettuce has gone bad. Since i went on a mini tangent she cut me off and said "okay, i get it..the lettuce is bad"... She didnt apologize..she didnt offer to compensate me for the money i spent on their poor quality food. Overall i would not go back to this place. Seems like its run by people that dont know how to maintain customer satisfaction. I was being very reasonable and polite..and they didnt appreciate that. 1...
Read moreIf I can give them a zero I would. This morning my wife placed an order with sunset bagels. We ordered from here years ago and remembered it being a great place. The first issue was the wait time. We waited nearly 2 hours and the delivery had not arrived. These are crazy times so we weren't really bothered by this. My wife called in to get a status on the order.The employee was extremely rude and immediately lashed out stating "Ma'am your order is one in six, so you gotta wait", then proceeded to releasing the call. My wife was in shock and immediately started crying. I understand these are stressful times and everyone is having a hard time, but this type of reactionary expression towards customers should never be tolerated. In addition, when we finally received the delivery, we only received one out of the two bagels we ordered. We decided not to call back for it as my wife did not want to deal with the follow up. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from here again. I hope management takes this comment as an opportunity to have their employees reflect on the importance of their role in the imagery and presentation of...

However uber eats was a different experience. I guess they dont like that they use uber but its confusing because they choose to. Anyway ordered 75 bucks worth of food as we were coming home from a vacation. The order was almost as if every thing we asked for was opposite. We ask for bagels toasted theyre untoasted, we ask for extra creamcheese we are charged yet the bagel has less than normal, we get a sandwhich theres pork in it although we are muslim. Now dont get me wrong the taste of some items are great its like a famous deli in nyc where the hot food is high quality , however it was clear they were annoyed when there was an uber order and no pretty girl to talk to so they completely disrespected the order .
