Spirit Halloween — Local services in New York

So I went here yesterday to buy a costume and everything was fine until it was time to pay. The cashier made me swipe my card 3 times and kept saying my card declined and I knew for sure my card had money on it and then on the 4th swipe the card magically didn’t decline and went through. I thought it was a error with the register or something but something told me to look at my bank account & the cashier charged my card 3 times!!! I went back literally 5 mins later and the cashier said she couldn’t help me because they have no way of seeing that they card was charged multiple times after me showing it to her on my bank account & then she rudely told me to...

I'm writing this review because the website is horribly slow. None of spirit halloween's pages load, it's impossible to peruse the website, let alone even consider purchasing from it. Once a page does load after a minute, every time I scroll back to the top of a page, it has to completely reload. Feels like I'm back in the 90s. I know nothing about this physical store.
