Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately noticed that the staff appeared disinterested and unprofessional. While appearance isn’t everything, their lack of enthusiasm and sloppy presentation didn’t create a welcoming atmosphere. Worse, their attitudes were unfriendly, making the ordering process feel like an inconvenience rather than a service. Despite clearly stating my order, the employees seemed distracted and inattentive. They asked questions about my preferences such as what drink I wanted with my meal or whether I needed any sauces—yet failed to include these items when I received my food. I had to remind them about my soda and dips, which should have been included without issue. To make matters worse, when I checked my meal, I found that my order was incorrect. I had received a 4 piece when I ordered 5 and requested a spicy chicken sandwich, but I received a classic one instead. Additionally, my side order was wrong, and I her attitude read as if i was the one being annoying. I dont know why, but I expected better service and attention to simple detail. I placed an order online that was scheduled for pickup at 3:30 PM. When I arrived, I had to wait for over an hour because of the frozen lemonade drinks included in the order. Initially, I was told it would be a 10-minute wait, which I was fine with. However, after 25 minutes with no update, I approached the cashier to check on the status. I was rudely and bluntly told, “It’s not our fault, it’s the machine.”
Ten minutes later, I returned to the same cashier to request a refund for the drinks so I could leave. The cashier told me they could not issue a refund, then turned to another staff member and began laughing. I had no choice but to continue waiting until the drinks were finally given to me—without any apology or explanation.
