They don’t wear mask. Bagels were big but way to hard. Didn’t enjoy it at all. Won’t be going there again. Update: gave this place another try, it was empty and I stood at counter and staff just continued to talk and walk around till I decided to walk over to register and told cashier what I needed and she tells me to go back where I waited and they would help. Bad sign already but I did. Staff was wearing mask finally, but he was rude like I was interrupting his free time. Bagels are just ok and I bought vegetable CC ( threw it out btw my daughter ate it and spit it out )and Lox spread which were expansive.I just can’t justify the nasty rude staff because their Bagels are not worth it!

I like this place, been going there since it opened on Neptune Ave, they used to have a separate pizza place next door, but now it's both pizza and bagel store under the same roof. Pizza is still good and tastes like quality ingredients. I go there mostly for chocolate horns which are exceptionally good. They told me they bake them there, they are delicious. Prices are good, never had any problems with service there either - owners are friendly and there to answer your questions or help you with whatever.

The store is located in the Coney Island section of Brooklyn. They sell a variety of bagels including flagels which are flat bagels, burgers, paninis, wraps, hot heroes, cold heroes and salads. Breakfast sandwiches, omelets, breakfast burritos, muffins and croissants are available. Coffee, tea, juices and smoothies are other options. Friendly and helpful staff.

I go to this bakery almost 3 times each at times even more. When I can not make it in store, I do grub hub orders since I enjoy eating there. I truly love the staff there: the lady cashier is super friendly, the men who work in the kitchen and make the bagels/sandwiches, and my favorite person has to be a tall guy who is sometimes on the register but mostly always in the front of the store; He always make feel extremely welcomed and recognized in the shop. While it is sad that my first comment had to be a negative one, I hope that is rectified for the future. I do understand that it is business and they are looking to make their profit. However in business at times, a relationship is important. I am frequent visitor of the shop, so I thought that counted for something. My experience today showed that no matter how many times I went to shop, it did not mean anything. I went to the shop and ordered a pepperoni slice with a drink and dessert. I left the restaurant, starting eating my pizza, and my slice had fell. I had only ate 25% of the pizza. I went back to the shop and asked the pizza shop for a replacement slice with the dirty pizza in hand for proof and he was more than willing to give it. Many of the staffers asked why I am came back and I told them I had dropped my slice and we joked about it. On my way out, I was informing the cashier that I got a new slice since mine had fell, so it did not look like I was just walking out the establishment. She said to give her a sec to consult with her higher up to make sure she did not have to charge me. She explained that I dropped the pizza and asked me what type of pizza was replaced and was advised to charge me. I understood since it is a business, so I paid for my new slice and left. However, I am aware that me consistently going there...

I have rated this place 2 stars today, but I have to change my review now. After an expensive salad and a unhappy mindset, I wanted to test their meat and breakfast item department. So I ordered, the Peter Luger hero, a 2 egg bacon and a bagel to go, on door dash. The order was ready within 15 minutes. I came this morning talking to my sisters, baby father and I was unhappy. But, when I picked up the order, my bag was huge. I wondered , what? I opened it outside and I had my order, but instead of 1 bagel, I got 12 bagels. I am unsure, if this is to "compensate" for the "expensive" salad or because I look the workers in the eye each time I pass by them, looking at the scenery. I wanted to go back and give the bagels back, but, I believe it was done for a reason. So, I will be coming the next 7 days, buying a large coffee, to subsidize the cost of giving me 11 "free" "1.75" bagels. Just the base cost and labor and coffee is pretty much a 25-.75 cent item to make. So, I guess this random act, known or unknown has changed my mind about this place. I can tell you, the brothers, if that's them, the bald, sicilian looking men, are smart people. Afterall, they have large heads for a reason. Oh yes. The Peter Beef Hero was a 6.25/10. My father said it was a strong 6. The bagel with bacon and eggs, a 5/10. Bland all around and for $7-8, I would cry. The bagel, on the other hand for $1.75 on doordash, is worth it. Not only is it fresh and is seasoned well, but it actually tastes like a 6/10 and is fairly priced to be honest. I guess that's why they have bagel in their name. Their child product, and the brothers; being the father. -...

Dumpster food. Fat guy at front scams and has attitude (owner) Owner tried to scam me thinking I wouldn't notice the BLT cost 7 bucks with 1.00 egg white. The old man try to scam me for 9 bucks I asked him in clear English " 2 dollar tax?" He stated " what?!" As if the old tater tot owner could not tell what I was saying standing 2 feet In front of him. Obviously he needed time to think how to justify the scam upcharge or two dollars. " You wanted egg white?" "Yes I did" I said

He tells me " we don't put one egg white we put two" in a ride condescending voice while shaking his double chin. " really because On menu it states 1.00$ egg white extra" This man wanted to add his own eggwhite to my order . LOl. He has to scam people and upcharge a BLT that cost 4$ from a grocery store that makes hot food and taste better than brothers bagels - just to keep his store open because the food is trash. They use fake cheese that does not melt on their pizza and their cream cheese is always open and weeks old. Only people that go here are construction workers because it's open 6am. Your best bet is to go further to ocean parkway and go to z deli. They have hot food made fresh and great customer service taste much better and they don't try to scam you out an extra egg white you diddnt ask for.

If menu states 1.00$ extra for egg white, the owner feels he needs to add two " we don't put one egg white, we put two" And that's why his wife left him. He's a cheap man trying to scam to survive.

AVOId AT ALL...
