I purchased a meal through the Burger King app for pick up. I arrive to this particular location at 521 East 149th street to an inactive, lack luster and attitude driven staff, including the manager. I first speak to the drive through attendant. She informs me the order was "never made" and did not show in the system, I show her my order details on their app and she walks away from me. I then speak to the associate behind the register and she informs me that I would have to speak to the manager and that the manager is outside; as if to hint that I the customer should go outside and get the manager myself (hilarious). The manager then comes into the location. I again tell her my situation, hand her my cell phone, show her the order details on their Burger King app. When I inform her that the order came with cheese she gives me more attitude. Once a customer hands you their phone, is on your app with order details, that "manager" or lack there of should always take care of their locations customers especially when your location has zero lines/customers in the store at the time. A simple mobile order turned into a complex situation because lack of training, customer service and yet again personal attitudes. A staff often takes on their managers personality and it shows they are a horrible representation of Burger King as a fast food chain. They refuse to refund that too . So didn't want to argue and loose the 80.00 so I ended up doing the party, spent so much money on decorations plus something happened they called me they have no cake , I said thanks God I bought my own cake lol, finally day of the party !!! Everything was beautiful , but little time also there's was another party after us , need to rush a little , party includes hostess for the entire party, ice cream , and a happy meal , party starts at 2.30pm , I paid extra to get x 1/2hour , well I had to go to the window and ask for kids food cause it was 3:30pm waited like 20 minutes all she did walked in put food on one table and left , never gave kids the ice cream , I had to rushed and cut the cake , cause next party was coming I didn't even use their decorations or cake , Worse party ever !! Read moreOmg, this is terrible. I have been a loyal customer of this location for so many years. Tonight, we happened to break down at their parking lot. After a while in the car, while they were trying to repair it, my elderly mom started having to use the toilet really badly. She has bladder issues. They are down as closing at 11pm, but locked the doors at 10pm. I called and asked them if they could let my mom use the restroom and they said no. My mom can't walk well, either, so I then called back, let them know she is about 70 years old and literally BEGGED them to just let her use it. 5 minutes, that's all! They refused again. After a third call, they said they would allow her in. We waited until my mom couldn't stand anymore. They stood in there watching us and ignoring us. It took one breakdown to show us how heartless this establishment really is. Sending this to corporate and my local news channel as well. Absolutely deplorable and everyone should know it.
