Burger King — Restaurant in New York

I had one of the worst experiences at this Burger King a few minutes ago. After entering our coupons we were told the system deleted our order and they couldn't retrieve it by the attendant Anat, after which he introduced Masoom as his Manager who would be able to assist us further. Masoom requested us to pull up to window and asked us to wait while he serviced the other customers without apologizing or trying to help us further. After I pulled up to the window and requested help I was told Mohammed was the manager. When asked about the if he can assist us with the coupons he insisted the coupons we were speaking of was false. When I produced the coupon from another device. He claimed he couldn't help me any further. It was only after I threatened to expose this treatment to Burger King's Corporate Office and Social media that he agreed to adjust the price. At which point I couldn't trust that the food would've been clean. TERRIBLE...

My girlfriend ordered from here by ubereats she went out to get the delivery and i heard her screaming when i got there she told me that she found a rat in the delivery bag when she opened it, it jumped on her hand and she is in shock. The food was great but the lady that was working the counter was nasty and unfriendly. I asked for the same thing I always do when i go and the gentlemen that was new was able to find it for me, but them the lady comes over and start screaming at the new employee and then at me saying "no we don't sell that no more". How dare they allow a employee to do that. If she would have said nicely " oh I'm sorry but we no long sell that" I would not be writing...
