Chicken parm showed up like the delivery guy got into an accident and then fell on it. The tin was bent, the top plastic was crushed and broken, sauce was all around the pizza box that it was delivered in. Box was soaked and there was also a hole in it. Food was good though

The pizza was thin, it had a good New York, taste, enough oil, cooked to the right temperature. I’m coming back again for sure. Small place they did not have many things on the counter to pick from, but the plain slices I got were very good.

The only spot I go to for pepperoni rolls! Great service but I’m not a fan of their penne a la vodka or their pizza but definitely enjoy their zeppoles and pepperoni rolls

As a native New Yorker and someone who appreciates a good pizza in general, Carlo's Pizza falls short.

Customer service is great, they finally allow customers to pay with plastic and their other dishes are tasty but their pizza is just awful.

Great pizzas have at the very least, a solid sauce and cheese and Carlo's slice has none. The tomato sauce is bland and in some slices there simply isn't enough of it. The cheese is probably the worst aspect of the slice. Just by the taste I'm willing to bet that they don't even use the usual cheese used on pizzas (mozzarella) and use something completely different.

Because the owners are Mexican, I can't help but suspect that they use something used in Mexican cuisine. It's definitely not cheese that should be used on pies.

Maybe I'm a pizza snob. Patsy's, Tottono's in Brooklyn, Sally's Apizza and Frank Pepe in Connecticut. Carlo's...

I've ordered from here several times and the pizza is ok. It seems like the driver is not allowed to go up to your apartment, which is perfectly fine with me since I don't have a problem going downstairs to get my food.

However, the driver must really not like his job because he is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered and will speak to you like you're a peon, and he's doing you a favor (even though I ALWAYS tip).

I actually called tonight after ordering my pizza because this time the driver was especially rude, and the owner was even worse than the driver, which explains why the driver is so miserable.

If this is how they treat people, I can't imagine what they're doing to the food. Never again will I order...

I believe they pre cook their food weeks ahead and leaves it in the refrigerator because the food has no taste. The tomato sauce has no taste. The chicken taste like it's been frozen for months. The tomato sauce has no seasonings. It taste as if it needs more salt or something. The pizza was not probably heated. I ended up with cold pizza and stale food. To my opinion, they do not freshly cook the food when you place a order. I believe they cook it weeks before, and when u placed a order, they just heat it up and serve it to you. Definitely did...
