Carvel — Restaurant in New York

This place is not 24 hours. I can at 10:45pm and they just lock door so I decided to go in morning. I arrived around noon and no one was behind counter just a guy sweeping with gloves on. I said good morning and he said it back. As I look at ice cream I said will someone help me in the back and he said no if you want ice cream I will give it to you so I said ok. As I told him my flavors I noticed chocolate and I said ooooh I take chocolate too. He look so mad and aggressive took another carton for the ice cream with the same gloves on gave me my one scoop because I order 10 smalls in total. I even asked if he had cookies and cream and he said yes and when I said I will get three of those he said three of what. Once again I said cookies and cream and he ask do I see cookies and cream there smh. I should of walked out but my children were begging me for ice cream so I looked over his attitude. I will never come back unless it’s nice workers there. This store don’t deserve any stars. I rather get ice cream from someone selling on street who is much nicer than these workers who work in...

This is new ice cream shop here on Fordham road right next to basket and Robin's I think that's how you spell it. This ice cream store Carvel they have a menu of deals based on the day you go. The prices are still kind of like not too friendly considering the area. It does taste soo amazing tho! The staff is pretty knowledgeable and nice. Absolutely rancid experience. I asked for strawberry non dairy and unfortunately the cashier didn't have any which isn't his fault. After all he isn't the store manager. I got vanilla.
