You know you would think that something as simple as hand in fixing an issue like DoorDash not giving the option to add black bubble can be fixed after an order was placed. I called and a young gentleman did not want to try to help me at all. I then asked for management and none available, I then asked for his name and he just closed the phone on me. I called back and someone by the name of Jennifer (according to her) picked up and she was respectful, but couldnāt help with the situation. This spot needs a wake up call on customer service. They must of forgot this is NYC and I worked in the restaurant business for years and let me just tell you; First Itās no way possible that anyone can get away with that type of service in this city. I donāt appreciate her attitude every time I enter, and if they want this location to prosper she should just be removed.
