I am extremely pleased with Jay( Jaen ), I have been coming to this exact location for over a year.
About two months ago I started going to this location during the night time as it’s convenient for commute purposes.
I became vocal to Jaen about not having availability on chips. Once I told him this and he communicated in Spanish with me as a preferred language, The next day I came back there was chips.
I was immediately ecstatic because I love chips with my overall meal. Jaen is extremely polite, pleasant and accommodating. He is patient with me and my needs as a consumer, I am overall pleased with the changes at CHIPOTLE and Jaen for being part of the time. I love dining in catch a great vibe with the diversity in music the team plays. THANK YOU NIGHT CREW & THANK YOU JERMEY, YOUR THE BEST!
I also had an amazing experience with Sara as well. She is extremely polite and catering to all my requests as a customer. Thank you Sara. YOUR AMAZING!!!!!!! NOTHING BUT THE BEST VIBES FROM THE WHOLE TEAM.
I wanted to add that Jaen (Jay ) Is literally the best employee I feel on a deeper level to me because of his ability to connect and control over his customers. He always manages to make me feel as if the customer is satisfied, Jay always speaks in a polite professional manner and I am pleased with him and I particularly come because he always seems to help me navigate my overall order. I am so happy with this particular chipotle because this crew especially the night crew is just a different breed so vibrant and I just love coming here as an escape from reality to just simply catch a vibe. 🩷
However I do want to conclude with saying that Jermey is nothing but great energy especially with his ability to respond to a bilingual person with spanish descent!

Let me say that I'm basing this because I have been to many different Chipotle locations and this is probably one of the worst but I go there because they have a parking lot.. They are so scroogy with the ingredients..fillings Today was actually the final straw I am not going back here again when I got to the checkout the items that I bought were so small and light it was like I just bought 4 tacos instead of 4 meat burritos.
I have never ever paid $60 for about $5 worth of ingredients. The staff is sullen and unfriendly. It's all about the location this is right in the heart of busy sunset Park with a parking lot right outside which is unusual for a lot of Chipotles. I literally wanted to go to the counter I'm just walk off and not pay for them but I didn't want to do that because I have integrity.
Never AGAIN EVER EVER will I ever go to this location. There is literally nothing in the burritos and when I asked them to put in more than half a spoonful of rice they glared at me like they're paying for it themselves.
Each thing I asked them for was about half a spoonful half a spoonful of rice... Half a spoonful of meat. Half a spoon of beans. I should have just asked for the child's menu and I probably would have gotten the exact same thing for a third of the price. I know this sounds very petty but when you're paying $60 for a couple of burritos you would be annoyed as well.

Read moreI eat her 2-3 a week. I live a block away. I refuse to come here today was the last straw. The manager she’s female with black hair she is beyond rude. Every time I go they are always out of something and she’ll refuse to make it. There is never no ice in the ice machine, I went 3 days ago and ordered 4 hard shell tacos after making me wait 10 minutes to start my order she told me they are out of hard shell I asked her to make them and she sucked her teeth and told me it will take 20 minutes so I said ok I’ll wait. She then marked my order as ready for pickup because I had a scheduled pick up time but it wasn’t ready till 15 minutes later so she did that to benefit her. Today I went back and they had no chips and she refused to make some it was 6:00 in the evening and they close at 10. She’s very rude when she talks, never apologetic and acts like it’s the customers fault. When I went today she was standing there with her arms folded while one worker was making like 10 online orders and she stood there doing nothing. I would hate to work under a manager like her.
