Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in New York

The woman handling the initial part of the station is always terrible with portions. She serves tiny portions and refuses to add a little more, like all other employees at this and other Chipotle, she's a stickler and threatens to charge you extra if you want more. Unfortunately, it to the point where when one sees she's at the serving station it's best to walk out. My experience today was so unpleasant I left without completing my bowl. She even commented the woman ahead wanted more and "I didn't give it to her." That's 2 customers with the same request one after the other, clearly she'd the problem. My coworkers have all experienced the same sadly many of us have opted for lunch at other, more friendly places even if it means paying more.

Horrible customer service! Staff doesn't greet you, doesn't say thank you or if there is anything else that you would like when checking out. There was barely any food on the line; I basically got the last of the white rice.

After I paid, I asked for sour cream on the side. The female server filled up a take out container and basically threw it at me like it was busy; but there were only 2 people on the line. I asked the cashier who the manager was and she said the male standing right next next to the server; I didn't bother to make a complaint as he saw what she did and didn't correct it; That tells me where the problem lies.

Food was delicious but the customer service was terrible. The guy who seemed to be a kitchen manager or some kind of manager was very rude & seemed to be in a rush. The girl on the line was nice but she wasn’t trained very well at all. The cashier need to step up her customer service skills. She was not friendly or happy at all. She didn’t bother to ask if I wanted anything else ( would you like any chips or drinks? ) didn’t smile and didn’t give me my receipt. Terrible customer service overall!!!
