LONG HEARTFELT REVIEW WARNING: So I was supposed to write this review on September 8th when I came in. But I was having a really long week and it slipped my mind until now. I went into this location and I swear I was having a very bad day and my son had lost my purse the day before with my wallet inside.. (everyone knows how annoying it is to replace IDs and turning off all your cards) whatever long story short I was unlocking one of my cards with chase on the phone at the front counter while I was getting my order taken simultaneously so I can admit I kind of held up the line. But Kera .. PLEASE REMEMBER HER NAME WHEN YOU GO THERE.. When I say this girl was sooo patient with me! Not only was she patient she began taking the other guest while assuring me things will be fine. I mean this girl was so professional about everything and still made everyone in the store comfortable while moving the line acknowledging everyone there. She didn’t make me feel extra awkward waiting for my card to unlock etc. It was just everything for me , she works super hard every time I go there as well, always so radiant , happy , alert, beautiful smile , hair always laid… for real lol (I now go to this location every time I’m in the area as often as possible) I am super big on customer service & I personally want to thank her for how she handled me because you never know what someone is going through, and I really needed my coffee lol you know when you feel like everything is just going wrong and all you want is one thing.. that day it was my coffee and she was just the highlight of my day I forgot all about the coffee that was supposed to brighten my mood. Read moreThis was my regular location both before and after renovation. Unfortunately, after renovation the customer service has become abysmal.
I'm generally a low need customer, I don't really ask for alternatives/suggestions and I understand mistakes happen.
However, Leslie (I believe that was her name as I have poor vision and it was written in cursive) at the counter to take orders has absolutely no customer service. I gave her my order, she asked the girl behind her if they had white chocolate syrup. But then it fell into an entire different conversation before she rang up my order in the wrong size. I told her I had asked for a venti not a grande, where she proceeded to roll her eyes at me before changing it. She ended it with "That all?", she asked for my name, ignored me when I said it to say something to the girl behind her and when she turned back to me just sneered the question of my name again.
I get bad days, but watching her do this to more people while I waited for my drink was terrible. Generally I'm also unbothered by people using their phone while they work but seeing her ignore people waiting to order was just rude.
My drink is also disappointing, tasted terribly watered down. Doesn't have even the memories of coffee in the flavor, nor does it at least taste like white chocolate. I'm not sure if this is the fault of the new equipment, a change from the company or something else but this...
Read more100th St. Columbus ave: This location has been in my area for awhile now and the employees have never been much friendly. People come in and say good morning and get no response. (Unless the one sup/manager is there) He's absolutely awesome and a pleasure! I never got his name but I wish he was there more often or when I came.
When I used to walk into place an order I was ignored on a few occasions which made me walk out and so recently I've been ordering online and picking up before i go to work. I order the same thing everytime I place an order and so I'm inconvenienced when I have to wait additional time because the bacon is not cooked all the way through. This has happened more than enough occasions to not speak on. I've gotten home to realize the bacon is raw. Unacceptable. They act like I'm saying something wrong when I look through the sandwhich and mention "the bacon is not cooked".
