There dead bugs in the horchata and the waitress completely refused to take the complaint seriously, kept denying it from the beginning before seeing the drink, and the just threw it into the sink pretending to look for bugs while saying how I was wrong. I was so put off I didn’t take a picture but me and my friend were appalled. We almost left but I ate the cemita they brought because I was starving after not eating all day. Cholulita is a beautifully decorated Mexican restaurant that conveys its cultural integrity through its food. I’ve had the tacos Al pastor, the chicken enchiladas, and the carne asada burrito. All of these items were prepared with care, presented beautifully, and were of course delicious. To top it all off, it’s happy hour every hour and the micheladas are fantastic. First time purchasing anything from this place. I was craving a burger but didn't want the typical fast food ones. This neighborhood doesn't have good burger places. I was surprised to see a burger deluxe posted on their window menu. The cheeseburger here was thick, huge, and juicy. The fries were thick and soft yet slightly crunchy. Nice Mexican atmosphere.
