The drinks are solid and there is plenty of seating but everything else is below average. The place was dirty -- nobody was cleaning up tables at all. It was really loud too! The employees would yell out drinks even though you were standing beside the counter and waiting for it. They would yell at each other across the room, too. And, interestingly, they had a sign that asked people to keep their voices down. Hypocrisy!

One thing about bubble tea is that not every flavor is for everyone. For example, I dislike the original flavor, but I love the chocolate flavor. If you decide to buy in person at the store and your tea has tapioca balls ("bubbles"), make sure to take the bigger straws otherwise the tapioca will get stuck in the straw.
