Been ordering from them for a while. Their sandwiches are pretty ok as well as their sides which made me look past the fact that they’ll give you every packet that you need aside from wet-wipes. Speaking of sides, they seem very over-protective of their cole slaw.
I had a relative visiting from out of the country who takes a liking to cole slaw, and so I ordered a giant order with two portions of cole slaw.
If you order their corn-in-a-cup, it’s so full that the foil that seals the cup makes it look like a snow cone. But at more than 3 times the price, you get a small container of Cole slaw that usually get filled up half-way… That doesn’t make any sense.
I reached out to the store and no one picked up for a straight hour. Uber doesn’t seem to think it’s a big deal either and neither offered me further communication with the store or any compensation. Crispy Burger 1, Me 0 with the few precious dollars they got to save at my expense. Which…if that’s a big deal to them, then annex the Buy 1 get 1 free deal entirely but to pinch dollars this way… That doesn’t make any sense.
Decided to give them another shot. Against my better judgement, I ordered a combo and chose the elusive Cole slaw again. Lo and behold, they completely left it out of my order and I didn’t notice until I got home. Against my better judgement part 2: I tried calling again for a solution. No answer. Shame on me. Crispy Burger 2, Me 0.
Ordered them for delivery for a very late-night craving at an hour where they dominate the fried chicken business as the only place you can order. For my own amusement, I tried choosing the Cole slaw again to see if ordering delivery would make them remember to give it since I can’t imagine they’re swamped with customers at 2:00am…and AGAIN…! No Cole slaw! 😂😂😂. Didn’t even bother calling them this time but Uber was sober enough this time to compensate me about 5 bucks. Now we’re 2-1.
Today I gave them a Hail-Mary on the Cole slaw and wrote ‘For the love of God, could you please not forget the freaking Cole slaw this time?’ And bingo…! I got the Cole slaw this time! BUT…in a container smaller than what it comes in than if you order a la carte but still half full with about an ounce of cole slaw, which tasted COMPLETELY different than the last time I had it. Should’ve gotten the fries I guess lol. Just when I thought they were not being spiteful, the sauce for my chicken was also only half full this time. You win, Crispy Burger. 3-1.
In all seriousness, 3 minutes of browsing should be enough for them to see how often I order from them. If this is how they reward customer loyalty, then they should suck up the fact that I wrote ‘freaking’ after finding their own way to tell me a word much worse. For the record, I’ve had pretty much everything on their menu and like most of their items, their Cole slaw tastes ‘Meh’ at best while they’re competing with establishments that gives better tasting ones for free. Obviously, don’t get their Cole slaw lol…because evidently they care about their food quality as much as they care about their customers. Time to find another chicken spot to spend my...

The chicken itself was tender and juicy, providing the ultimate satisfaction. Whether you prefer classic fried chicken or spicy variations, Crispy Chicken has got you covered. Their menu offers a variety of flavors and spice levels to cater to everyone's taste preferences.
Apart from their amazing chicken, Crispy Chicken also excels in their sides and sauces. The fries were golden and crispy, and the coleslaw had a delightful tanginess that complemented the chicken beautifully. The selection of sauces was impressive, ranging from traditional BBQ and honey mustard to unique house-made creations that added an extra layer of flavor to the already delicious chicken.
The service at Crispy Chicken was friendly and efficient. The staff members were welcoming and eager to assist with any inquiries or recommendations. The food arrived promptly, and the portions were generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant with a satisfied belly.

Read moreFirst time here tonight. I signed up for the membership on the self checkout. The outside promotion shows a deal that is not on the self checkout. I ordered the chicken wrap combo with french fries and an ice tea. It came out to $11.98. Should be an option to upgrade to a green tea. Didn't like the idea I had to manually put my card info to checkout vs inserting card or tapping. The chicken and sauce on the wrap was very tasty! The lettuces were not fresh so I removed most of it! I The fries were nice and fresh and a good amount. The tables could of used some cleaning. I put the paperbag on table to eat my food. I went to register to order a Pink lychee lime green tea and Takoyaki which came out to $12.51. They were friendly at the register. The takoyaki is octopus balls and an order comes with 5. I had it once many years ago. The one from here is not too chewy which is good. Not something I would buy often though. Has a strong odor so beware. I asked if they have toppings for the drink and was told just jellies. It says bubble tea on the stores awning. The menu has no milk tea, no boba just green tea type drinks which is misleading. However, the pink lychee lime green tea was delicious! I asked for half sugar and it was still sweet but not too much. The jelly I believe was lychee was good and the lime was the right amount. I would recommend trying the...
