Delicias Caleñas Astoria — Restaurant in New York

I order from this place almost every single day, but today I had the most horrible experience, I ordered 1 soup, 1 lunch with egg and 1 juice hit naranja-piña, when I was speaking with the woman she couldn’t heard anything I had to say my address and my phone number several times cause she was writing the wrong numbers, after 1 hour that I was waiting for my delivery I had to call to know what was wrong, so this lady said that they were calling me and the delivery guy was downstairs, and that they called and somebody picked up and then hanged up, and of course this person who took my delivery took the wrong phone number cause I didn’t get any call from them during the whole hour, anyway she told me the delivery guy was downstairs, I received the delivery and the juice that they sent me was a juice in a cup and it was all watered in the bag of course I called back again and I told them what happen and they were so rude I was completely surprised of course I was upset, all of this it wasn’t necessary I thought I could speak better with Claudia she is working there longer than the person who took my delivery and it was the same thing completely rude, from all this situation you can see they don’t know how to handle when they make mistakes, completely disappointed I am never going to order anything from delicias Caleñas and yes it’s a...

Just spent $30+ dollar... Money down the drain. Chicken empanada's have barely any chicken they filled it with the cheap stuff tons of potatoes but charge just the same, profit in mind not what they offer. The guava and cheese has been sitting there for a while the cheese.inside is solid cold. Worst place to spend your money in Astoria, so many options this place won't be one of them. Bad experience. I was craving Colombian bread So I decided to give this place a try. The lady behind the register had a very dismissive attitude. She didn’t acknowledged us when we walked in. She was attending someone else before us, So we waited patiently. You can tell she was taking her time on purpose, We decided to ignore it and wait till she acknowledged us. When she finally came to us I told her what I wanted, When I was going to pay for it she said we need a minimum of $10 We didn’t have any cash just my phone with Apple Pay.
