Gelato was not even flavorful. I got yogurt and strawberry and they tasted not even similar to the names of flavors. Fruit bars wouldāve tasted much better. Iād give 2 out of 5
The worst part is the service from an employee who was there10:24pm. I walked in there and nobody was in the store. I asked him to try some flavors bc I was curious about other flavors. He gave me a look of ignorance. I thought he was tired. However when other customers started walking in, he started smiling and accommodated them. He treated me and my gf not like the way he did to others. When i was ready to order, he didnāt even give me a look and gave a cup to the customer to come after me. I donāt understand the standard of Figoās service. He explained about gelato to others but us. I donāt even wanna go back there to try no flavorful gelato with the worst service.
Ambiance is not even considerable. The previous gelato spot, Gelato&Co was way much better in terms of everything.

First of all, im not even your regular. I went there once after you guys changed a name to Figo. I never went back there bc I didnāt like your sorbet. I gave another shot to try another sorbet which i didnāt like it again. For the service wise, i wonāt never go back there. Good to try some...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFigo immediately takes me back to my favorite gelato store in Milan with their dark chocolate flavor and the yoghurt one. I used to live in Milan and there was one gelato place in my neighborhood that had those two exact flavors. Interestingly, they were pretty hard to come by even in Italy. When I left Milan to go back to the States, I thought whatever Iām offered here wouldnāt come to par in terms of flavor and texture, until I found Figo :) The moment I saw the rich color of their dark chocolate and tasted it, I paused to process, to recall, to take a moment to thank my ancestors and the universe for leading me to Figo lmao Their yoghurt flavor, too, is just how I remember it in Milan, if not slightly creamier. I can tell Figo uses really high quality milk and top tier gelato making techniques in order to minimize the amount of air trapped inside their gelato, thus, delivering such creamy texture. Iāve tried their mango and strawberry flavors and the quality is consistently the same. Their staff lets you do sample tasting, too. If a flavor you like has run out, you have the option to take home their to-go containers. I pray Figo opens forever haha Iād want my offsprings to know the joy of great...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOMG! This place will be the only place that I go to for gelato! Itās really that good! I had Brioche filled with pistachio gelato with fresh whipped cream, and it was such a decadent experience! Figo il Gelato Italiano is so special because the desserts are incredible and so is the service. I live in Flushing, and I can see myself being a regular at the Astoria location! I want to go back tomorrow, and the day after that! Basically, I want it everyday of my life! āāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāā Sooooo, I went back there again last night, and I had a totally different experience. The gelato with brioche wasnāt made the same, it was the smallest scoops of gelato that Iāve ever been served. The girl behind the counter wasnāt very pleasant. She gave me the feeling that she didnāt want to be there or serve me. Its like I was bothering her when I asked for whipped cream. I am very big on customer service and receiving the same quality product. Put it this way, my love affair has ended. I felt like I drove all the way from Flushing to Astoria for nothing. It was really...
