Waiting for over 2 hours and my order still has not arrived. Calling the number provided in the email confirmation only leads to a repeated recording that will drive you crazy enough to just hang up. Which I'm sure it's exactly what they want. With no one to speak to about the status of your delivery, you're basically stuck waiting. I understand things happen, however, a simple phone call to let their customers know what's going on goes a long way. When your customers are left waiting without any updates, it's really bad for business. UPDATE: After being on hold listening to their highly annoying recording, an obviously stressed out "Pizza Expert" finally picked up the phone. I asked about my order and his exact words were "It's Literally Being Prepared Now." I spoke with him at 9:49pm. I placed my order at 6:37pm. When I asked why it was taking so long, he stated "It's Really Crazy In Here, That's Why So Many People Just Quit." Any business where their employees are quitting left & right is a sign of "Poor Management." The owners of this location need to step back and either give up or re-vamp their strategy on how to run their establishment properly & effectively to better serve their customers. They're clearly giving Domino's a bad name. I will never use this location to place future orders. In addition, I will be placing a call to corporate to make my complaint heard.
UPDATE: I reached out to Domino's Corporate and they replied with an email address to the manager of this location. Instructing me to reach out to the manager directly. I did. As of yet, no response. Not that I was expecting one. A week later I placed another order online and the delivery was quick and on-point. Today I tried to make another online order. Seems this location has ceased to accept online orders. Website suggest you call the location directly. As of right now, I've been on hold for 30 minutes listening to their annoying recording. I reached out to another Domino's location which used to deliver in my area. They claimed that they don't or have ever delivered in my area. Looks like Domino's is about to lose this...
Read moreI always place my carry out orders at this store and never had an issue before tonight. The hand tossed pizzas I received did not have a garlic seasoned crust nor a buttery taste. The crust was entirely white and looked like there were not baked properly. I called, made a complaint. The person was very rude and asked what did I want him to do about it. After some back and forth, I was told they will remake my order but I have to come pick it up. I arrived at the store and explained to the manager by the name of Arif Abdul that my pizza did not taste right plus they looked uncooked. He told me he can cancel the order and offered no other solution. He has absolutely no customer service skills. I informed him I had already spoken to someone and was told my order will be re-made. I also said to him the crust normally has garlic on it and he then informed me that they ran out. However, he was rude about the situation the entire time. I told him they were losing a customer and he fanned me off while walking away and say he's not losing a customer. After remaking my pizzas, one of the order was incomplete. I told him the pineapple was missing from one of the pizza. He took it back and when I say they literally just threw some pineapples on the pizza and gave it back to me. At this point in time I was more than aggravated and decided I will never order from this store again due to that manager's attitude. A worker by the name of Joseph was nice enough to ask what the issue was and gave me 2 garlic sauce for the inconvenience. I told him he could teach his manager some customer service! I understand that sometimes items might run out or they might be having a busy day, especially with this crisis going on. However, customers should be informed if something is missing and in a professional manner. I am very...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible customer service. Driver refused to come to the door and made us walk in the rain to retrieve the pizza. What's more is he didn't bring the 4 garlic sauces I ordered and when I called their location a woman picked up and I told her that we didn't receive our sauces in a polite manner and she retorted with a very rude tone, "Well ma'am what would you like me to do???" I told her that she shouldn't speak this way and her job may be difficult but I didn't do anything to her. I then said I don't know what to do what are my options and she replied that she could send out a driver with the sauces and before I could even say thank you she slammed the phone down. The sauces never came. I'm so surprised that this branch is still open. I've had numerous issues with them in the past and there are ZERO signs of improvement. If anything, they become worse day by day. Treat your customers with respect or close your place of business. Corporate does absolutely nothing and makes fools out of people spending their hard earned money and get disrespected. Instead of spending tons of advertisement, fire all your rude employees and hire new people that you train. They're also EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC when they make their pizzas, I literally see people handle money and then go back to touching dough without washing their hands. Never ever going to Domino's again. Don't...
