I want to take a moment to recognize Santana, the manager at this Domino’s, because he truly goes above and beyond every single time. He is one of the most accommodating people I’ve ever come across in customer service. No matter how busy it gets, I can always count on him to make sure my order is not only correct but also prepared with care and attention to detail. He really takes pride in making sure everything comes out exceptional.
What stands out about Santana is how customer-focused he is. He doesn’t just treat people like “customers”! he treats everyone with kindness and respect, making sure you feel valued from the moment you place your order to the moment you pick it up (or have it delivered). If there’s ever a small issue, he’s the first one to step in and fix it without hesitation, and he does it with such a positive attitude.
On top of that, Santana has a genuinely nice personality. He’s approachable, professional, and always has a friendly word to share. Whenever I walk by the store, I make it a point to say hi to him, and he always greets me back warmly. It’s rare these days to meet someone who not only manages well but also makes a real connection with people in the neighborhood.
Santana is truly a great addition to this community. He makes Domino’s more than just a pizza place, it feels like a welcoming spot because of the way he runs it. I really appreciate the care and consistency he puts into his work, and I know I’m not the only one who feels that way. If you want excellent service with your pizza, Santana is the reason this...
Read moreI’m not one to post reviews but The guy who works the register with the tattoos and long hair is the WORST. So I walked in to get my pizza that I had preordered and prepaid, the pizza was ready(I was literally staring at it), I had asked him nicely for the pizza and he told me”wait one moment” as he always does and then proceeds to walk past the pizzas 4 times and purposely did not look in the direction of them. Then not knowing that I speak Spanish he decides to have a social conversation with the deliver guy who walked in while standing directly next to the pizza. I had to ask the man making pizzas if he could finally hand me my pizza after waiting in there for over 10 minutes for absolutely no reason. This is probably my 10th bad experience with this man, he is ridiculously rude and He clearly hates the fact that he works at dominos as if that is the customers fault. I feel like he gets off on making people wait way longer than necessary, as some type of weird power trip. I was not being rude in anyways nor was I trying to skip any customers, he wasn’t even taking any ones orders. I understand it’s Dominos but you guys seriously have to do better, at least with who you have dealing with customers. Also whoever works the night shift makes the pizzas crazy thin, no consistency...
Read moreI ordered hand tossed pizza, I'm almost sure that's not what I received but the biggest issue was that I asked for and paid for garlic sauce. It was accidentally left off. I understand mistakes happen. When I called to inquire I was told they would send it out with the driver in a bit, they were busy. A short time late I received a call stating it would be an hour or so but that they would offer me a free pizza for my next order and the garlic sauce in an hr. I call back n hr later and I speak with the manager who informs me he said. He would give me a free pizza. I ordered from dominos specifically for the garlic sauce. I let the manager know I appreciate the pizza but would prefer the sauce. So he gets snippy with me and tells me hes sending it now. As if it were my fault. The garlic sauce finally arrives an hr and half after we have our pizza and they send ONE!!!! For all the trouble would it really have been hard to send an extra one. This is definitely something I plan on sharing on social media. It's...
