Atmosphere Kitchen & Bath (designers) and ACNY (contractors) designed and (re)built my two bathrooms. I was extremely pleased with both the process and the results. Suzanne (the head designer) had ideas that helped me get exactly what I wanted, even when I didn't know exactly what it was at the beginning. Bill (the head contractor) also had ideas that vastly improved the original plans, such as using pocket (sliding) doors in order to give the small bathrooms the feeling of a lot more space as well as make them more accessible. The workmen were courteous not only to me but to my neighbors, who were favorably impressed with their cleanliness and thoughtfulness. I admired their craftsmanship and attention to detail.

You get what you pay for; the final cost was quite a bit more than I had hoped for, but both the materials and the workmanship were outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Atmosphere and ACNY to anyone seeking to...

My wife and I renovated our Kitchen and bathroom in addition to a few minor woodwork projects with Atmospheres last year. The project met all our expectations and then some. It came in on-time and on-budget. The result was just what we had anticipated and the workmanship was outstanding. A few minor warranty issues were promptly addressed. The showroom is a one-stop shop – samples, samples and more samples to choose from no need to go anywhere else to make selections. The design staff listened and got it right the first time. Atmosphere knew how to work effectively with building staff, their architect and the NYC Department of Buildings. They respected our home and the building, followed all of the house rules and kept the apartment and halls...

Ordered an expensive kitchen in 2013 and it has now taken over a year to receive the final pieces. After being assured that the kitchen would be delivered "typically within 16 weeks" the first pieces arrived 24 weeks later and had so much damage that installation couldn't even begin. 20 weeks later some replacement parts were received, but some of those were damaged as well. Despite promises that damaged parts would be expedited and shipped by air, these representations proved to be false.
