Absolutely terrible service! For a year now, this dominos location has been unable to deliver pizza in a timely reasonable fashion. Once you walk in, the first thing you're met by is a glass. The glass is who you'll be speaking with for about 15 minutes upon you entering. No worker approaches the glass and asks whether or not you have already placed an order and just there for pickup or if you would like to place a new order. The phones, are ringing nonstop. NO ONE PICKS UP ANY CALLS. Its almost like they have developed the habit of not answering the phone to the point where they don't even hear it ringing anymore. If you're going to call an order in, don't even waste your time. Finally after being in there for 20 minutes, a worker L, who probably has headphones in his/her ears finally approaches the register to take your order. You can barely understand what they're asking you so you should state what you would like and hope that the glass and defected mic in front of you doesn't absorb every sound and vibration from you vocal chords. Once you place your order, it'time to be smart, make good use of your time. Go run some errands because it takes unusually forever for your order to be ready regardless of how small an order it is. After you return to pickup your order, remember no one in that location likes to ask the customer "how may I help you?". So please, announce yourself! Knock on that glass hard and loud enough with the hopes that someone in the back who's either talking and laughing, has headphones in, or who's pretending to be busy will notice you. Prepare for the worst now. So you tell them "I'm here to pickup an order". They now have to go on a scavenger hunt to find your order. They finally find it on the shelf directly infront of them. Your pizza or side is now cold and better yet they are ALL UNDERCOOKED!!!! I'm currently sitting in my car waiting for them to remake my cheesy bread order that was for my daughter. She ate 1/4 of it and thought something was wrong. She brought it to me for me to take a look at it and the whole thing is uncooked dough with cheese on top. Moral of the story ladies and gents, stop eating from this place. Save your time,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI always order from this Domino's and have looked past the really long delivery time many times. Last time I ordered, I received the incorrect order. One pie was correct, the second pie was suppose to have chicken and tomatoes on it... and it just had cheese. Called in to get the order corrected. I literally had to wait 2 HOURS for the correct pie to get delivered. A total wait of 4 HOURS for my order to be delivered. I called and spoke to the manager to see if she could do something as far as a discount on our order since we had to wait so long. She said that we were already getting a free pie because she wasn't charging us to correct our order.... SHE WASN'T CHARGING US TO CORRECT OUR ORDER!! She wasn't charging us for the pie that we already paid for, for the toppings that we already paid for. That was real sweet of her. She even had the nerve to hang up on me. When I called back, she told the girl who answered the phone to tell me she wasn't available. And then she had the nerve to start yelling in the background. Nice to see that the manger who runs this place is so damn professional. Needless to say, we paid our order in full, even though we waited 4 hours in total to get our order. The manager thought she was doing us a favor by giving us what we paid for. Thank you for not charging us for the incorrect pie, lady. That was very nice of you. Oh, and thanks for taking 2 hours to deliver the correct pie. Your customer service is disgusting, your attitude is disgusting, your English is disgusting and your delivery time is disgusting.
I WAS a frequent customer of this Domino's. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from here again. You have just lost an customer with your disgusting attitude.
On a positive note, the girl that was working there that night was very nice and polite and the delivery guy was great. My condolences for having such an unpleasant person as...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an online delivery for delivery. The delivery man had a problem following directions. I would have preferred to speak to a person to place the order so there would be no problems. No human being answered the phone. We tried to reach them for over an hour by phone. When the delivery man arrived at my apartment complex, he was on the wrong side. I told him to come to the right street. He came to the right street but could not find my building. He was outside. I told him that I opened the door and I was in the doorway. This mentally challenged delivery man drove towards the street. I called his cellphone and he would not answer. I sent the delivery man a text message that I paid for two pizzas and a large soda. I told him to deliver my pizza or return the 48.67 that I paid by credit card. The delivery man responded by text that I should come outside, and he was still outside. I put my coat and hat on and went outside. The delivery man had left.
This was a terrible ordering ecperience. Dominos needs to improve their customer service. It should not be this difficult to place a delivery order for pizza. Someone should answer the phone. The delivery man should answer his phone when a customer is waiting for pizza. When I placed the order, the record stated that the delivery would take 36 to 46 minutes. When I received the tracking information from Dominos, the delivery time was increased to 81 to 91 minutes. Dominos must become more organized!
Now, I must...
